This 5 bedroom 5 bath home is truly amazing. Wrap around deck gives 200 degree views. Hot tub has the best lake views. Spacious living room features vaulted ceilings and tremendous water views. All 5 bedrooms are spacious recently remodeled with no expense spared and stunning water views. Dining seating availble for 20 inside/outside combined. Each room has own temperature controls and has a smart flat screen television. The bunkroom also has a Playstation. The Margaritaville Resort location is close to shops, docks, beach and restaurants. The stars at night are truly spectacular especially from new hot tub! Further, Margaritaville Resort provides nightly fireworks displays of which you can see from the deck of Maison. The home will accommodate a large group comfortably. Owner will try to accommodate special requests. Plenty of parking. Boat rentals available for rent at Margaritaville marina. The best part was the view from the deck. A few of the large windows are cracked and the corners of the kitchen and living room had cobwebs and bugs. The kitchen was rough with a missing cabinet door and the laminate was peeling off Some plates and glasses were.also chipped.

The host was very responsive. An issue with the hot tub was immediately addressed. A couple of other issues were noted but my party was only there one night, so there wasn't time to correct them. I would absolutely stay here again! Beautiful views, beautiful rooms, lots of amenities!

Needs a good deep cleaning. Kind of dirty in some areas, a couple bathrooms need some good cleaning and the lights above the bar in kitchen are terribly dirty. Ant problems too. Carpet stains as well.

Perfect Spot

This gem was perfect for our three families that traveled to Osage Beach for our family reunion. The location was perfect and the deck had an amazing view. Sadly we didn’t spend as much time there as we would have liked as our reunion was elsewhere. Would definitely rent again!

The property is amazing with plentiful parking and lodging. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very open. There was not much we needed from the owner but when we did need something, the owner was quick to respond and very helpful!

Beautiful home in the perfect location!

This house is plenty big for a few families to stay all together. Very clean, plenty of linens and beautifully decorated. Everything you would want to do in the Ozarks is close and easy to get to. Views from balcony, living room, and every bedroom are exceptional.

Amazing value for size and location of this property! Our family of 11 (9 adults 2 kids all fit very comfortably). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 4 of the 5 have private decks. The main deck was huge and has a fantastic view overlooking the lake. We had so much fun watching the watercraft and wildlife. We can tell the owners are making repairs and upgrades. But recommend taking your own pillows. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed for cooking every meal. The friendly neighbors borrowed us a can opener! Very close drive to main lodge at Margaritaville. Can be drivable by golf cart but dont recommend as do have to cross a main hwy. There is a nice outdoor hot tub on the property and a free outdoor neighborhood pool. Definitely Recommend renting a golf cart to get around neighborhood. Owner recommended us a great company who was wonderful and reasonably priced who delivered and picked it up. This location has a one of the largest and best driveways with ample parking. We had 3 vehicles with room for a few more if needed. Washer and dryer on site made it convenient to launder towels and clothes as needed. Grandkids had fun playing many games supplied. Air conditioners worked great. 2 master bedrooms are on the main floor for those with mobility issues, but you do have to go down a few steps to the kitchen/dining/living area. 3 other bedrooms you do have to go up a flight of steps. We would definitely stay here again!

Great lake house

We had four families with a total of eight kids ages 2 to 16 that comfortably stayed in this home. The location is close to the state parks and has easy access to a community pool. We had a wonderful time and the view of the lake was breathtaking.

Great family house

We stayed here for a family reunion and the house was great for all of us. Price was less than many others in the neighborhood. Walking distance to Margaritaville. Wonderful big water view from expansive deck. Hot tub was a great touch. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook for our large group. The homeowner was responsive and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and nine other men I've known for years stayed at this home and it was nothing short of anazing. The owner is courteous and well intentioned to anything you may need. If this home is available for any other trip I make here I would take it in a heartbeat. Best stay!

Very nice stay

Everything was as expected. The house was large enough to comfortably sleep large numbers of guests. The only complaint is that the deck railing should be better secured.
