This luxurious holiday apartment for a maximum of 8 people is located on the first floor of the holiday home. It has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, 1 other bedroom and another separate bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a modern kitchen, a sauna and a ski room with ski boot warmers.

This beautiful apartment is very suitable for a holiday in winter as well as in summer. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area (approx. 11 km from the town center) or the Wildkogel Arena. There are 60 lifts and around 150 kilometers of pistes in the entire Zillertal Arena ski area near Wald im Pinzgau. The ski bus stops about 200 meters from the apartment.

In summer there is a wealth of hiking and mountain biking opportunities. You can also visit the beautiful reservoir near Gerlos or the highest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml. You will find various shops directly in the village.
