the new Villa is located 50m from the sea.

The ground floor of my big villa is
a very spacious accommodation and comfortable 3 bedrooms for 8 or 10 people.
The decor is simple and neat.

it is ideally located: both close to all activities and the sea.

you enjoy a very large garden with swing, deckchair, picnic tables and barbecue.
a large private car park is reserved for you in front of the villa ....

Two other cottages (2 bedrooms, 4/6 people) are rentable upstairs with independent access, terraces, also fully equipped.

A week in September.

A real jem on the Cote D’Opal! Perfect location for us ans a couple and a place we look forward to returning to, including with friends. We were here for 5 nights but ideal for any length of stay - short break, week or longer!

Septièmes vacances dans le Pas-de-Calais depuis 2012 et c’est vraiment le meilleur gîte parmi toutes mes locations.Un gîte parfait, très bien équipé et bien organisé, dans un trés charmant village et trés proche de la mer.En bonus, du salon ou de la terrasse une petite vue partielle sur la mer.Une situation idéale près des caps blanc et gris nez, de wissant et de bien d’autres belles découvertes.

Week-end 3 jours pour Nausicaa. Coin du nord sympa, proprio cool, appartement sympa et accueil avec de la bière bien sympathique. Chaleur humaine. Ma chienne a bien kiffé ainsi que ma fille et ma femme. Je recommande. Je conseille.

très bonne impression dès notre arrivée sur l'ensemble de la Villa ; accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, intérieur impeccable conforme au descriptif, rien ne manque. Petit village plein de charme , aux maisons basses de pécheurs, à deux pas de la mer avec de nombreuses possibilités de ballades . Excellent séjour avec mes 3 petites filles , nous y reviendrons !!!! Rien à redire sur la disposition de la pièce de vie, sur le coin cuisine bien équipé, sur les 2 chambres aux lits de 140 cm, sur la salle de bain avec douche à pommeau fixe, mais qui mériterait un pommeau manuel (pour ne pas se mouiller à 100%), ni sur la grande propreté, ni sur la relation avec la propriétaire, ... bref, "The place to be"

Appartement au top

L’appartement est très bien équipé et meublé avec goût, dans un état impeccable. Il se situe à 50m de la mer et le village est charmant. C’est un bon point de départ pour visiter la côte d’opale à pieds ou en voiture. Propriétaire très arrangeante. Je recommande cette location et nous y reviendrons .

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Sie liegt schön Zentral im Ort. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Ein toller grosser Garten ist dabei. Das allertollste ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Ärmelkanal. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
