Are you looking for your summer vacation to discover the Bordeaux metropolis while enjoying the little delicacies of the southwest? Come relax and enjoy your stay in this house with swimming pool designed to accommodate 8 people.

LOCATION / TOURISM:

The house is located at the gates of Bordeaux (5 km or 10 minutes by car) in the city of Pessac, a dynamic town in which the Bordeaux-Pessac Zoo is located, the famous Château Pape Clément or the Cité Frugès (Le Corbusier) listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.
The tram is less than 5 minutes to get to Bordeaux center and many shops and shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity.

You will be able to discover the essentials of the city of Bordeaux such as the World Wine City, the Grand Theater, the Pey Berland tower and the capital Saint-André, the public garden, the contemporary art museum or the Aquitaine museum. And much more !

In addition, in Bordeaux, there are 6 wine routes! In the north-west, the Médoc and its castle route, in the south Sauternes and the Graves, cradle of the Bordeaux vineyards, in the north-east the region of Saint-Emilion and its medieval village, then, overlooking the estuary, Blaye and Bourg connected by the corniche road

In addition, you can reach several beaches in no time. The Arcachon bay (with its famous Pilat dune) being 30 minutes away, the town of Porge 40 minutes ...
For lovers of waves and surfing, the beaches of Biscarosse and Lacanau will delight you.

THE HOUSE :

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, kitchen and living room as well as a veranda allowing direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
The large garden is composed of 3 terraces, one at the front of the house in the shade, one at the back for dining and a last terrace around the pool.
The presence of our furry friends is tolerated (subject to reservation).

In each of the 4 bedrooms there is 1 double bed. Possibility to add 1 or 2 beds.
