Located in the heart of Arcachon on the famous boulevard de la Plage, come and relax for a weekend or more. The 100m2 apartment, totally renovated by an architect in 2019, combines the charm of the old with two passageways with period windows and a contemporary decoration. A comfort worthy of a 4 *, to savor without the constraints of a hotel.

THE BLUE VILLA

The apartment will seduce you with its vast volumes, generosity of spaces and incredible brightness. It has a living room bathed in light of over 43 m2 with open kitchen of high standing, all decorated with noble materials and very good bill.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and has triple glazed sliding windows for sound and thermal comfort.

The day area has a bar area, a dining area and a comfortable and cozy lounge, where all will enjoy meeting.
A balcony giving on both the stay and the parental room, will allow you to enjoy a small glass in the open air.
Common areas of the condominium being refurbished.

THE ROOMS

The apartment has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, all have new bedding and upscale to ensure a better night comfort.

8 people (ideally 6 adults and 2 children) can be accommodated in the 3 bedrooms, each with its style of bedding to best suit your sleep requirements.

-The first bedroom opening onto the balcony is equipped with a queen size bed (1.60mx 2.00m) with memory shape pillows. The Simmons Sensoft Evolution mattress will give you an immediate feeling of relaxation and point-by-point support with its 27 cm thickness and memory foam. In addition, a wall TV of 81cm is at your disposal.

-The second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds that can be presented either in single beds or in double bedding with an over-mattress. The Simmons Tilsitt 90x200cm mattress is a firm, progressive, supportive mattress with 504 pocket springs and memory foam padding.

-The third bedroom will be better for your children. Modularly furnished, it can be used in games room / lounge or in night area. It is adjacent to the living / dining room, with its period fireplace and lounge style.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine ...

The apartment has a bathroom with walk-in shower and its toilet. Another toilet area is located near the living room.

For your comfort we offer you free wifi access throughout the house and a grocery store (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt ...)

Upon arrival, beds, sheets, towels will be provided

The apartment is located in a small building. You have access to the entire apartment.

You are welcomed on your arrival by our hostess who can answer your requests regarding the villa, your stay in Arcachon and handle any concierge questions (boat booking, preparation of seafood, advice & booking for a gourmet break).

To facilitate the organization of your departure, a mandatory final cleaning service is provided to preserve the excellence and the cleanliness of the accommodation.

Pets are not accepted for hygiene reasons. In addition, it is forbidden to smoke inside the house; a balcony is at the disposal of the smokers.

Arrivals can be done until 22h, beyond a surcharge of 20 € you will be asked when you arrive.

The apartment being in a condominium, we thank you in advance to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
