Small, cozy apartment recently renovated on the top floor of a 16th century building in the heart of Desenzano. Exclusive terrace, splendid panorama: the roofs of the historical center, the Castle, the peninsula of Sirmione, the Prealps that frame the lake in all its beauty. The apartment, furnished with care and simplicity, can accommodate up to 2 people. It has a large terrace, furnished so that guests can enjoy their meals with a wonderful view of the lake and of the Sirmione peninsula.
The common parts of the building offer a lovely garden with a gazebo. Free parking nearby.

Gorgeous airy rooftop fully equipped studio apartment with big windows, roof terrace and fabulous view. Amazing location 2 mins from the action. Responsive and helpful hosts. Loads of stairs to get up to it. No Wi-Fi. Restaurant downstairs quite noisy - Desenzano is an extremely romantic place other than apparently hosting quite a few bachelor parties :) All in all, a memorable stay in a very special place

Un'oasi di comfort con una splendida terrazza

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento compatto ma estremamente ben attrezzato. Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte, ogni angolo è stato progettato con cura per massimizzare lo spazio e offrire un'esperienza di soggiorno confortevole.La terrazza è un vero gioiello, spaziosa e con una vista panoramica unica.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Ausblick über die Stadt und den See ist phänomenal! Ich habe mich in der Wohnung, in der Stadt und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung

Zunächst muss betont werden, dass die Ferienwohnung an sich sowie der Ausblick von der geräumigen Terrasse live noch viel schöner ist als auf den Fotos - einfach herrlich und einzigartig! Zudem bestach die Wohnung durch ihre hervorragende Sauberkeit. Das hat natürlich zur Folge, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt und seinen Koffer auspacken möchte. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sowohl bei der Anreise als auch während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut. Es war deutlich zu spüren, dass es ihnen wichtig war, dass unser Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm verläuft und alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Und das war es auch! Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Pier. Überhaupt ist Desenzano ideal, um die Gegend rund um den südlichen Gardasee zu erkunden. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr schön, hat eine angenehme Größe, ohne aber überlaufen zu sein. Erfreulich ist, dass der Großteil des Verkehrs nicht durch das historische Stadtzentrum verläuft, weswegen man überwiegend entspannt flanieren kann. Wir können sowohl diese Ferienwohnung als auch Desenzano unbedingt empfehlen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an Ida und ihren Sohn! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Paare

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich perfekt für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt am Gardasee. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Één weekje gardameer.

Studio ligt inhet toeristisch centrum van Desenzano. Restaurantjes, pizzeria's. Ook de aanlegsteiger om met de boot de omgeving (sirmione, Bardolino, Garda...) te verkennen is op een boogscheut. De eigenaars zijn héél vriendelijk. Samengevat TOP locatie.
