Fantastic stay at the Garda Lake

Great landlord with a lot of understanding for small problems of his own making.He gives lots of great tips for nearby activities.Nice, tastefully, and practically furnished apartment with everything you need for everyday life. The beach is within easy walking distance in just a few minutes.Private, secure parking on the fenced property.The landlord's restaurant, "Osteria Le Spine," is also highly recommended. Extremely delicious.Our family of five was in very good hands here.Thank you

Very nice apartment

Very nice hoots from this accommodation made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the communication wasn`t so good because we can`t speak Italian or English :) .From the accommodation to the beach it is a leisurely 5 minute walk with the dog.The starting point is very good. Bus and Taxi connections are optimal. Can definitely be recommended. See you soon Simone e Simona

Perfect bilo flat, with a friendly lessor

We had the bilo flat, which is situated in the same building, for 2 weeks. The flat is newly renovated and therefore we do not have any reason for complains. Everything you need to live during holidays, especially for cooking, you can find there. When we arrived everything was properly cleaned. In the garden you have a separate place with garden furniture under a pavilion and 2 beach lounger. The flat offers the possibility to park your car safely inside. The lessor lives in the first floor of the same house and stays always at your disposal if you should need anything. This includes recommendation for daytrips, restaurants or wineries. He speaks English fluently, so communication never was problem. By the decision of renting a flat in a suburb of Peschiera del Garda you need to know, that the way to the centre is around 30 minutes walking. But it´s positive that you can walk very close to the lake on the promenade, what is very nice at night. A little downer is the big camping area in the neighbourhood to the flat. During high season there is party with music all night until 11 pm. As long as you are out in the city it doesn´t matter. All in all it is a nice flat for 3-4 people in a house of a very friendly lessor! Thanks for two wonderful weeks!!!

Fantastisch ontvangst door Simone, zeer vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw staan direct klaar met info als je iets vraagt. Duidelijke uitleg bij het inchecken, ook van wat je kort in de buurt kan vinden. Centraal gelegen, ruim appartement en aanwezigheid wasmachine was voor ons een pluspunt. Spijtig genoeg hebben we van de fantastische tuin niet veel kunnen genieten door de muggen. Afgesloten tuin is geweldig voor wie met de hond op vakantie is, maar hou er rekening mee dat de hond wel naar de andere appartementen kan. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Schnelle Erledigung des Problems mit der Heizung. Der Garten ist toll. Das Auto steht auf dem Grundstück und ist sicher den man kommt nur mit Code rein den man erhält aber der Platz ist eher eng. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Jetzt zur Wohnung selber: Fernseher viel zu klein, Töpfe nicht mehr so gut, für 5 Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein und es gibt nur 4 Stühle und diese sind nicht bequem.In der Wohnküche steht die Schlafcouch. Manche Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen wie z. Beispiel die Ablage im Flur zwischen Schlafzimmer und Küche diese gehört finden wir auf die Deponie sie ist oben drauf sehr schmutzig unter der kleinen Decke. Man könnte diese Wohnung besser einrichten. Es fehlt eine Spülmaschine und Mikrowelle. Die Fensterläden sind gut und schützen vor Sonne und Helligkeit

It was a wonderful stay

For us it was a very nice stay in this flat , The landlord is very friendly . Everything as it was described fit. I can only recommend it. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment , Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich . Alles wie es beschrieben war hat gepasst. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wundervolle Wohnung, toller Garten und sehr liebe Vermieter Simone und Simona

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber... ca 10 min zum Strand, wenn man gemütlich geht (wir waren mit kleinem Hund..) Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir spontan verlängert haben, was Gott sei Dank auch ging.. (außerhalb der Ferien)... einfach nur toll und wir kommen wieder 🌸 GRAZIE SIMONE E SIMONA 🍹🍹🌸

Strandnahe hübsche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung mit 3 Kindern und Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders angenehm war es bei dem heißen Wetter, im Garten sitzen zu können. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten gut erreichbar gewesen, der Bus fährt in der Nähe ab, es gibt aber auch einen Parkplatz am Haus. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft war pikobello.

Wir haben eine zweckmäßig, mit dem nötigsten ausgestattete, sehr saubere und aufgeräumte Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Die VermieterFamilie ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und lässt den Gästen gar nicht spüren, dass da noch jemand wohnt. Sehr angenehm. Ein toller Urlaub.

Kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schöner Garten und tolle Vermieter. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht den See in ca. 5 Minuten. Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind gut zu erreichen. Das Ehepaar Rovizzi steht immer gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer FeWo für uns und unseren recht großen Hund. Im Haus der Rovizzis fanden wir die ideale Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, rundum eingezäunt, Parkplatz innerhalb des Anwesens und sehr sauber. Das Appt. befindet sich im EG eines vom Vermieter bewohnten, freistehenden Hauses und macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur zweckmäßig sondern auch modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig und alles ist sehr, sehr sauber. Der umlaufende Garten ist wunderschön und liebevoll gepflegt und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Ich bedanke mich für diese schöne Woche und wünsche den Gastgebern, Fam. Rovizzi nur respektvolle und nette Gäste. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

Alles was mann braucht um 2 Wochen Urlaub am Gardasee zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen, und bietet eine gute Basis um die Gegend zu erkunden. Ausreichend Platz für 2. Sicherer Stellplatz für Auto und Fahrräder. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden und können in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreicht werden. Unser Gastgeber war immer bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestallten.

Simone und seine Familie sind wirklich sehr nette Vermieter! Die Wohnung war sauber, der Platz hat für 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder völlig ausgereicht. Der Garten hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht!!!

Wir wurden herzliche empfangen von Simone und Simona trotz großer Verspätung. Die Ferienwohnung und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben sogar ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl für unseren Jüngsten zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Direkt vor der Tür des Appartements ist ein schöner Außenbereich mit Überdachung, es stehen zwei Gartenliegen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war total unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich, er stand immer für Fragen etc zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß zum See sind es gemütliche 10min, ohne Kind an der Hand auch in 5min schaffbar :-) Der Kiesstrand ist sauber und direkt am Wasser ist ein kleiner Spielplatz.
