About this property

Group accommodation in the heart of the vineyards

At the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyard, the Logis de la Contrèche has 3 bedrooms and 3 lodgings available for rental.

In a wooded and shaded park you can relax with the mini golf or around a barbecue.

Inside this 250 m2 gite, you will find 4 bedrooms (including 2 on the ground floor), a fitted kitchen and a large 70m2 living room opening onto an interior terrace.

This cottage is being renovated and will be available from June 2019.
In autumn 2019, accessibility works will be carried out to accommodate people with disabilities.

Nous étions 24 soit 4 couples avec les enfants et petits enfants. Le gîte se prête très bien à ce type de réunion. La grande salle attenante à la cuisine est très agréable. Et ensuite les deux gîtes comme les autres chambres permettent de répartir différents couples et famille de manière à ce que chacun se sente chez soi pour la nuit. Grand parking, grand terrain des jeux pour les enfants balançoires toboggan, table de ping pong, et même le mini golf privé !! Les espaces intérieurs sont suffisamment grands pour que même avec la pluie le WE soit une réussite !Tout cet ensemble au milieu des vignes avec des chemins pour se balader à pied. C’est réellement un bel endroit. Merci aussi à Marc-Olivier pour son accueil et ses conseils judicieux sur les activités et visites de cave possibles autour.

Parfait pour un weekend entre amis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans les gîtes et chambres de Maëlle. L'arrivée et le départ furent très simples et Maëlle était très accomodante. Nous étions plusieurs familles. Chacune avait son espace personnel et nous pouvions nous retrouver dans les grandes pièces partagées. Le grand jardin avec ses activités (pingpong, minigolf, balançoire) ont été bien appréciés par les enfants. Le gîte est au coeur du Layon avec ses caves mais aussi des sentiers pour se promener dans les vignes au départ de la maison.

Gite très agréable et parfait pour les retrouvailles en famille

Le gite est spacieux, typique, confortable et très agréable. Son immense jardin a été très apprécié des enfants (et des grands) avec son mini golf, ses balançoires, nombreux jeux à disposition et chèvres. Très bon accueil et propriétaires vraiment sympas et disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille ( à 20 dans la joie et la bonne humeur ), qui laissera longtemps de très bons souvenirs.

Très bon accueil gîte magnifique et bien aménagé. Une cour intérieure très agréable literie parfaite. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce trop court séjour d’un week-end
