About this property
Buckland Park, Badham
A beautifully spacious family property with far reaching views, just 1.5 miles from the popular Bantham beach. Ample space for a family or two (or three!) to relax and enjoy. With hot tub, pizza oven and gas barbecue, lazy days and evenings can be enjoyed inside and out. A separate games room has table tennis, pool and darts, speakers and disco lights. Ample parking for cars, boats etc plus there is plenty of grass to kick a ball around, pitch a tent etc. The area is increasingly popular with many excellent beaches on our doorstep. Bantham itself has a shop and a pub. The sandy beach at Bantham has a surf school providing board and wetsuit hire,, surf and SUP lessons plus there are vintage buses serving (the best!) burgers, drinks, ice-creams, pizzas etc. The coast path can be reached via footpaths from the property itself making this property very popular with those that want to travel by foot. A very special location. A very special property.

About the host
Hosted by Clare & Richard McIntosh

We are a family of seven and we were lucky enough to buy Buckland Park Farm back in 2006. Our five children range from 10-19 and this has been a wonderful home for us all to grow into. With so much space (we have 25 acres), our children have been allowed an amazingly “free” childhood enjoying the fields, woods and streams they surround us. We have amazing local schools and our favourite beach at the end of the road - there is simply nowhere else we would rather live! However we also like to travel and spend precious time together as a family - hence why we let it out for others to enjoy.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of this property - the tranquility and yet close location to Bantham, Salcombe and Kingsbridge areas are something we treasure
