Excellent stay at this great property

Absolutely loved our stay - the villa is top notch, in a great neighborhood and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. We have rented many vacation homes in different countries and I can say the communication and hospitality from both Stijepo and the owner, Maroje, were top notch. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as arranging transportation, reservations…… The house was perfect for our group of 10 and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked for those that want to cook their own meals. The pool was a godsend considering we were there during the heat wave. The location is wonderful. It’s located in the Lapad neighborhood outside of the Old Town and away from the crowds, but within walking distance of many restaurants and the bus stop which takes you into the Old Town. (Get the Dubrovnik Pass) There is also a beach within walking distance of the house and a lovely promenade along the coast with secluded swimming spots where you can swim from the rocks if you want to jump in to cool off. If you are looking for a larger villa, look no further and book this one!!! I highly recommend it! We were sad to leave.

Wonderful Stay in Dubrovnik

We stayed at Villa Enigma for 5 nights with a party of 10. The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms each with its own ensuite. Photos are accurate and doesnt do it justice as there are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Maroje the owner couldnt be more helpful. Villa is only a few minutes walk to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Would return in a heartbeat. Excellent stay and highly recommend.

Perfection for Family Reunion

Our group was an adult family reunion of 7 with members arriving from 3 countries. Moraje (Mario) the owner greeted us, and throughout the stay was so generous with his time and knowledge and helpful with arrangements.One evening he even bbq’d an amazing fish dinner for us all. The multi unit house was lovely and perfect for a relaxed stay and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, beaches a bit further. We highly recommend Villa Enigma.

COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER

The villa is perfect in every way. The property manager was prompt, helpful and easy to work with. However, there are not enough words to properly describe the owner, MZ. He lives close by and is the very best you could ever ask for in a host. We met him and his entire family and have gained friends for life. Our next European vacation will be back to the same place!! 110% and 11 out of 10. No one could ever ask for anything more than staying at this beautiful Villa. And Dubrovnik, it is one of the best places we have visited in the World. Amazing people, incredible sites and fantastic food.
