Property managed by GLAMAPARIS with a unique official registration number from the Mairie de Paris. All bookings are covered by cancellation (Covid included) and liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

This apartment, located very close to Place de la Madeleine and its many shops, can accommodate four people thanks to its two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

This large 3 room apartment of 103 m² (1,108 sq ft) is located on rue Tronchet, very close to the Place de la Madeleine. It is located on the 5th french floor (with elevator) of a Haussmannian building. This apartment is composed of a living room decorated with care. On one side, there is a sitting area with two sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a television, arranged around a beautiful fireplace. On the other side is the dining area with its design table, 4 beautiful chairs and a modern dresser.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle… It also has a high table and bar chairs to eat next to the stove.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. Its recently renovated bathroom has a shower, a towel dryer and a toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. It also has a closet to store your clothes. The adjacent bathroom has a shower and a towel dryer.

There is also a separate toilet in the apartment.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

We offer:

a manual with basic information about the apartment's facilities
A neighborhood guide to help you get to know the area better;
Maintenance service throughout your stay;

Cleaning at the end of your stay with organic cleaning products.
A civil liability and rental risks insurance.

A rental contract to be signed electronically will be sent after the confirmation of the reservation.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

A lovely apartment in the heart of the city (but a quiet building) with easy waking to everything. Great common space in the apt for everyone to hang out. The hosts were very easy to work with and accommodating.

You cannot pick a better place.

The place is as advertised, perhaps even better. It is close to the metro, close to the market and shops, it is secure, clean and perfectly located. And the property managers, Robin in particular, were outstanding. I had an issue - unrelated to the property - and Robin helped resolve it. They are quick to answer any questions. I cannot recommend the place enough.

The location is great.

Great location, great management. You have everything you need. You get what you see in pictures, BUT if you are going in summer, the HEAT is terrible. The apartment has no air conditioning. Managers were very kind and sent us a lot of fans, but the hot water makes almost impossible to enjoy staying inside de apartment.

Large clean apartment with everything there for preparing meals. Spacious living room and bedrooms (2). Staff was superb. Sami, Paul were non-pareil(le). Friendly, helpful, excellent English and very accommodating. We know the area and it is a very central location with Metro about 50m away and a short walk to the big department stores, Place Vendome, the Opera Garnier and Place de la Concorde. Would certainly return. Excellent value!

Posh apartment in a great location

We had a phenomenal time, great spot in a really upscale neighborhood. Close to metro and fantastic inside of apartment. Really nice. Check in was easy, the Glamaparis people managing the place were so helpful and met us at the door.

Fantastic stay in a great appartment

Great apartment in a great location!

My family of five spent five nights in this apartment in June of 2015. When we walked into the apartment our kids high-fived me....they were amazed how awesome the apartment is. The building is very nice and very secure and the location is perfect. Many great cafes and stores right nearby and the Madeline subway station is a few steps away. Getting around Paris was very easy. The amenities in the apartment were perfect....virtually everything we needed was already there. The apartment does not have air conditioning...most don't in Paris. It got warm during our stay but GLAMAPARIS quickly provided three fans and we remained very comfortable. I also found Samia and Tanguy from GLAMAPARIS to be excellent. Both were very responsive during the trip planning process and also once we checked in. Tanguy met us at the apartment the day we arrived and couldn't have been more helpful. He made sure everything was in good working order, showed us how to operate the dishwasher and the washing machine/dryer, etc. Outstanding service. Bottom line is that if we are lucky to return to Paris we would absolutely stay at this apartment again.

Superb spacious apartment, very well located

Well appointed, luxury apartment with full amenities. Quiet, yet in the centre of Paris with easy access to all locations, with Madeleine Metro station very close. Short walk to major shopping locations and tourist destinations. Excellent service and easy to arrange the rental. Thoroughly recommended and would love to stay again.

Fantastic Apartment!

This apartment was as lovely as we were hoping it would be—almost exactly what we were expecting from the pictures/descriptions, and maybe even a bit nicer. Bright, quiet, beautifully decorated, and quite spacious; my family of four, including two young boys, felt immediately at home. The property is extremely well kept. All appliances in perfect working order, with detailed instruction manuals provided; beds very comfortable; everything immaculate and well-maintained. Great wi-fi service. The one tiny, niggling issue: the apartment is on the 6th floor, and the elevator is tiny, so if there's more than two of you, you'll either have to wait for the elevator to make two trips, or send some of your party down (or up) by the stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient, with much of "tourist" Paris within fairly close walking distance and the Madeleine metro stop just steps from the front door. Several supermarkets within a few minutes' walk (including the enormous food hall at Galeries Lafayette), as well as Fauchon and Hediard just around the corner, and numerous bakeries as well. It's not the liveliest area at night, but proximity to the metro makes it easy to get almost anywhere rather quickly. Special kudos to Armandine at the Glam@Paris agency, who made the entire booking/arrival/departure process unbelievably easy and hassle-free. We felt very well-taken care of during our entire stay. We'd absolutely recommend this property, and will very strongly consider staying at either this apartment or another one of Glam@Paris's properties on our next visit.
