Y Bwthyn is the archetypal holiday cottage - stone-built and Grade II Listed, with roses around the front door, set in a quiet location in the pretty seaside town of Criccieth.
Downstairs is a cosy open plan living room, comfortable sofas ranged around a stone inglenook fireplace with a coal effect fire, a dining table and chairs for four, a TV with Freeview, CD/DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.French windows open out onto a well-managed terraced garden.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one double room and one twin.The upstairs landing has views out over the garden and is a great quiet spot for reading.The family bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and loo.
Outside, a set of stone steps lead up to a lovely terraced garden which is ideal for relaxing in and for alfresco meals.

Everything is just a short walk away.
