Located just 15 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, Finca Huerta Rica offers you the possibility of staying in one of its 5 apartments or studios, located on a farm of over 6,000 square metres of nature and tranquillity. This multiple accommodation stands out for its simple access and spacious parking, with asphalted paths that make your arrival easy. Ideal for those seeking silence and relaxation, the farm has exceptional common areas: an illuminated rectangular swimming pool for night-time bathing, a barbecue area, bar area with board games and darts, as well as walks around the grounds and a landscaped space to meditate while enjoying the sunset.



The apartments Bamboo, Paradise, Palm Grove, Savannah, and Bougainvillea can be combined for large groups, perfectly adapting to your needs. All are equipped with complete kitchens, air conditioning, and modern windows that guarantee optimal rest. Finca Huerta Rica Studio Savannah, for example, is accommodation for 4 people with a private porch perfect for having breakfast or reading outdoors. Its African-themed decoration provides a special and welcoming touch. The living-dining room has a sofa bed and television, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the American kitchen allows you to prepare your meals comfortably.



The complete bathroom includes a shower tray and in the common areas there is a laundry room available for your convenience. It is important to highlight that the fireplaces present are decorative and are not enabled for use. It should be noted that the WIFI connection is Starlink, suitable for teleworking. Additionally, pets are not allowed.
