Loft on the hill of Scorcola
Reserved parking in a private area with automatic gate. Free Wifi. Full kitchen, sleeping area with wardrobe, table, sofa, study, bathroom, laundry room, large terrace with absolute privacy. A particular base for a holiday in Trieste and surroundings.
The living and sleeping areas are distinct but without physical separation. Bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. Heating / cooling with adjustable temperature as desired. In addition to the double bed there is a sofa that can accommodate one or two children. The space is very bright, there are windows overlooking all 4 cardinal points. The area is very quiet and there is absolute silence even with open windows. Equipped with all the furnishings and accessories; guests can have comfortable reserved spaces in the wardrobe, with hangers and shelves. Large terrace with habitable tub with sea and city view for the summer and fireplace for the winter.
On foot the center can be reached in about 15 minutes, the bus stop is 100 meters away, the urban park of Villa Giulia is 5 minutes away.
