Die gesamte Anlage ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber unsere Wohnung war sehr liebevoll neu eingerichtet und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fast alle sprechen auch englisch. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich

Strandurlaub vom Feinsten!

Wir durften eine Woche in Mario und Patrizias charmanten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Nähe zum Meer/Strand ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wer einen Strandurlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand ist eher klein und trotzdem nie zu überlaufen. Wir waren Anfang Juli dort und absolut zufrieden. Einzig wünschenswert wäre mehr Insektenschutz an den Fenstern gewesen, so dass man nachts nicht immer die stromintensive Klimaanlage angeschaltet lassen muss, sondern die Fenster einfach auflassen hätte können.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren im August eine Woche in dem tollen Appartement. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Näher kann man dem Meer nicht sein. Das Objekt hat alles was man braucht. Auch eine Klimaanlage, was nicht unerheblich ist, bei hohen Temperaturen. Mario ist ein super Vermieter, der uns sehr gut betreut hat. Wir waren zu viert. Ein Erwachsener und drei Kinder. Damit war es auch maximal ausgelastet. Man kann die Kinder vom Balkon aus im Meer spielen sehen, das ist fantastisch gewesen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche im wunderschönen Italien.

Zu eng für 4 Erwachsene, aber Meeresnähe ideal für Badefreudige

Für eine Familie mit großen Kindern ist die Ferienwohnung zu klein. Der Preis rechtfertigt sich nur durch die Lage zum Meer, was wir sehr gut fanden, und vor allem sind die Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Die technische Ausstattung ist überholungsbedürftig. Früh wird man durch das Aufstellen der Liegen geweckt. In der Hochsaison sehr quirlige Atmosphäre, nichts für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Problematische Parksituation für größere Autos, z. B. VW Bus.

If you want proximity to the sea, you will have it here. Mario was communicative and apartment was clean. Very family orientated area and convenient snack shop, shout out to Luca. Friendly service and yummy caesar salads and spritzes.

A tu per tu col mare...

Per chi vuole provare l'esperienza di vivere in riva al mare è l'ideale. La spiaggia sotto il balcone, le risa e i giochi dei bambini il giorno, i colori e i silenzi la sera e presto al mattino. L'appartamento a misura, luminoso, insonorizzato e condizionato (!). Tutto perfetto.

Non riusciamo a capire per quale motivo una vacanza giudicata dagli stessi ospiti di "puro relax" e "godendo appieno una spiaggia privata", non sia valutata con 5 stelle. Se fosse spiegato il motivo delle 4 stelle ci farebbe piacere e ci darebbe elementi per migliorarci.

Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft direkt am Wasser. Obwohl wir spät abends ankamen, war das kein Problem und wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber . Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, besseres Licht über der Arbeitsplatte wäre schön. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison sehr genossen, den Strand hatten wir fast alleine für uns.

Cosy and lovely Two Floor Apartment directly on the clear ocean and wonderful hosts

Mario and his wife were very lovely. The waited for two hours, because we were in such a traffic and still very kind at our arrival. Fresh roses were on the table cut by the house lady. When we walked into the apartment it was even nicer than in the pictures. The view alone from the terrace immediately to the ocean was peaceful. Such nice and lovely People who gave us suggestions where to eat and what is worth to see in the area. We had one issue that was not directly working because gas was empty, and we reached immediately Marios wife and five minutes later someone from the staff came and fixed it. Everybody from the staff to the bartenders were very kind. Even a little bit english was no issue. It was also nice, that in our case 95% of the people in this private beach area, were locals. That keeps it small and you feel you are at hidden place, only locals know about. We went twice to tries which is 15 minutes away by car. Nice city with great character and great coffee and good maritime cuisine. We wanted some quite days and we got them. Even Families with kids who come for some quality time, didn't bother us. Thanks to Mario and his wife for this stay.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu zweit in dem schönen Appartement unmittelbar am Meer zwischen Duino und Miramare. Es ist neu renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine. Abends sitzt man gemütlich auf der Terasse, dann ist es ruhig und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und helfen bei allen Fragen. Auch alle Mitarbeiter des Stabilimento, die den kleinen Strand bewirtschaften, wo tagsüber Familien vor allem aus Triest (sonnen-) baden, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
