On the 3rd floor with elevator, closed garage in the basement. Ultra equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine). Tram nearby (3 stops from the city center), 15 minutes drive from the beaches (also accessible by tram or bike). Possibility to start the rental any day to avoid the traffic jams on Saturday.
