Idyllic setting, house 2.5 km from Port-Manech beach

The house is located near Concarneau and Pont-Aven, in the town of Nevez, in the direction of Port-Manech.
Sheets are provided. The capacity of the house is 4 people. It can also accommodate 2 additional adults in a nice room located in the house behind and which is accessed by an unprotected stone staircase (option 100 euros / week) The equipment is efficient, simple, the beds are comfortable (new mattresses ). Cot and high chair on request.
Very quiet, in a private hamlet nestled in the countryside, this pretty little house is in stone, well restored. Equipped to accommodate 4 people, it can optionally receive 2 additional adults in a pretty room separate from the neighboring building (see photo with external staircase).
The beach, by bicycle or by car, is about 10 minutes away.
High historic and tourist place, this region of Cornouaille is rich in festivals, art and museums (painters of Pont-aven, Quimper), small traditional villages (Locronan, kerascouët, markets (Pont-Aven, Nevez), gastronomy ...
The restoration of the house is of quality. You will appreciate nature, the outcropping rocks, the birds in the big trees.
There is enough to park your car, your trailer if necessary and your bicycles.

vanaf de ontvangst tot het afscheid hartelijk en gastvrij. ons kleinkind dat samen met haar ouders in de buurt logeerde mocht een kinderstoel en kinderbed lenen. het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien tot en met een robotstofzuiger

Le gîte correspondait en tous points à l’annonce. Maison très agréable très fonctionnelle Idéalement placée/ au calme Accueil de plus chaleureux autant par Florence que par les propriétaires. De nombreuses indications de sites à visiter de plages, de balade, de restaurants .... ce lieu en Bretagne a été Un vrai un coup de cœur.
