Great Holiday

Lovely house which was perfect for our needs. Sophie and Denis were very helpful when we needed advice with the television. The house is only a 15 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute drive to Nevez for bread and a super market. We would happily stay again,

Nice new holiday house

We stayed 10 days in Nevez in the lovely new house of Sophie and Denis. It is recently built and well maintained. The kids "room" upstairs is super for families with kids so they have their own place to play. We really enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Excellent wifi. Parking in front of the house is very comfy. Location is nice for beachlife and hikes. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back!

Smart house, great location and surprisingly quiet

Very clean comfortable house with good selection of facilities - though odd that the listing references hot tub a few times (not that we would have used it had there been one!). Only negative is minimal replaceable stuff like salt/oil/cleaning spray/dishcloths. Really comfortable beds, nice shower, good oven and induction hob, very light and roomy. A lovely house.

Superbes vacances d'été à Névez

La maison est bien aménagée pour passer des vacances en famille (y compris avec un bébé) et surtout elle est très lumineuse. Elle se situe a 10-15 min a pied des plages. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec les plages de sable blanc et les sites touristiques du Finistère Sud situés à moins d'une heure de route.

Bien mais....

Tout d'abord les points positifs : - maison conforme à l'annonce : belle pièce de vie, belle cuisine bien équipée, maison bien exposée, lumineuse, literie très confortable, idéalement placée avec de très belles ballades à moins d'1km. Les points qui nous ont dérangé : - maison froide à notre arrivée (16,5*c) le lundi, la propriétaire est venue le dimanche pour mettre en route le chauffage mais avec une maison de 100m2 en hivernage à 14*c, ça ne met pas que 24h à chauffer. - du coup la maison était confortable niveau chauffage le mardi soir. -La chambre où nous dormions n'est jamais montée à plus de 18*c (17*c la 1ère nuit). - Et tout ça en payant un surcoût pour le chauffage à la réservation (20€ pour 3 jours pleins). - la maison était chaude lors de notre départ, du coup. - Douche bouchée le lundi soir, l'eau ne s'évacuait pas. Et pour cause la bonde d'évacuation complètement bouchée, remplie de cheveux et autre. Pas franchement ragoûtant (surtout avec là aussi un forfait de 80€ de ménage). Voila, dommage que ces petits détails (un peu gênant, surtout le chauffage) aient un peu "gâchée" notre expérience "abritel.

Maison neuve à proximité de la mer

La maison est en parfait état et toute neuve, parfaitement équipée et très agréable. Pour aller à la plage à pied, il faut quand même compter 1,5 kms soit 15-20 mn. . L'entrée pour se garer n'est pas très pratique et devrait être repensée ( peut-être enlever un peu du mur mitoyen ?); il faut passer via l'arrière d'une autre maison, ca devient compliqué quand on a deux voitures pour ressortir......

Première fois que nous avons ces réflexions. Nous pensons que vous avez réservé sans même regarder les photos en ligne....et sans nous poser la moindre question. Sur les photos, les toilettes sont bien visibles dans les SDB. Pour les rangements il ne faut pas dire n'importe quoi, chaque chambre dispose à minima d'une commode 3 tiroirs, voir d'une penderie et étagères, chevets, tout est visible sur les photos pour le peu que l'on se donne la peine de les parcourir. Les SDB sont toutes 2 pourvues à votre arrivée d'un rouleau de papier toilette systématiquement. Nous ne rentrerons pas plus en détail dans nos réponses à ces remarques sans fondement. Amis vacanciers, regardez bien notre annonce, les photos ...posez nous toutes les questions et faites votre jugement. Cordialement

Wunderschönen Urlaub in der Bretagne verbracht

Es ist ein sehr schönes gepflegtes neues Haus in einer Topplage. Ganz nah an vielen traumhaften Stränden und zu vielen schönen Ausflugszielen. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit schönem großen Garten und sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Spülmaschine war in der Beschreibung nicht aufgeführt, aber vorhanden. Direkter Zugang von der Küche zur Garage. Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen. Alles was für eine perfektem Urlaub gewünscht ist. Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohlgefühlt. Herzlich Dank für die perfekte Zeit.

Modernes großes Ferienhaus in verkehrsgünstiger Lage zu den wunderschönen Stränden von Nevez

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die 3 großen Betten mit ausgezeichneten Matratzen sind ausreichend für 6 Personen. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Babybett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Lage zu den nahen Stränden Plage de Tahiti, Plage de Raguenes und Anse de Rospico sowie den reetgedeckten Häusern in Kerascoet und Kercanic ist hervorragend. Man kann diese sehr schön auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Das einzige Manko ist die direkte Lage an der Hauptstraße von Keroren, weshalb wir die Terasse und den Garten eher weniger genutzt haben. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
