Recco a stone's throw from the sea and the beach, splendid Independent Villa with large garden and sea view consisting of a double bedroom with fan and attached bathroom, 2 single sofa beds, large living room with terracotta floors and large eat-in kitchen with air conditioning. (AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IN THE KITCHEN NOT IN THE OTHER ROOMS).
The apartment is surrounded by a garden with a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and tables for outdoor dining and a small swimming pool.

Amazing Stay

We loved this property it was great for our family of 4. Paolo the property manager is on top of everything. He went above and beyond. We would recommend this place to others. Note the AC is only in the kitchen however it will cool off the entire living room and kitchen. You need a fan for the bedroom. Amazing location 2 min walk down the hill to the town.

Excellent stay

It is a beautiful place to be. It is a few minutes walk up stairs from the town center, the kids went to camp and I worked from the terrace which was wonderful. Property was clean, beautiful, and great for a family of 4.

Beautiful property with a great view!

The stay here was really wonderful. They had parking for a small vehicle or two right at the house, the house was clean and lovely. The small pool was a great addition to the property…the kids loved it and it was fantastic for cooling off in on the hot days. The host was really amazing and understanding during check-in when he wound up having to meet us after midnight when our flight was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. He was very friendly and made us feel at home during check-in and check-out too. Highly recommend!

Echt Italien Heiß, schön und laut. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung, insbesondere die große Terrasse mit entsprechendem Panorama Leider fehlte der in der Beschreibung angegebene Geschirrspüler

Schöne und zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön gelegen und man erreicht den Strand, Bus- und Zugbahnhof zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Wir konnten die Halbinsel Portofino bewandern, aber auch den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang in Camogli bewundern und das Auto stehen lassen. Der Parkplatz vor der Wohnung war sehr praktisch. In der Wohnung findet man alles was man braucht und die wunderschöne, große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein Traum. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber auch ein Familienurlaub zu viert ist problemlos möglich. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die Matratzen sind extrem hart und der Zug ist nachts ziemlich laut.
