The flat is modest but cozy.
- It has 4 bedrooms, with 3 double beds + 1 bedroom with queen size bed. With quality bedding in each room.
- The living room has a sofa and a small balcony to take the air. The living room also has TV and Wifi throughout the house.
-The kitchen is equipped with Microwave, Fridge, washing machine, cooker, toaster, British kettle. (The oven has broken down but is going to be replaced)
-Bathroom with bath and shower and towels for each guest.
Good things:
-The mattresses of the 3 rooms with double bed are new and viscoelastic of aloevera, also the furniture of the bedrooms, bed linen, towels are new.
-The apartment is very convenient to go to IFEMA, Wanda, Aeropuerto or Clínica Navarra among others.
-It is very well connected to the city center through metro and buses. And surrounded and close to parks like Juan Carlos I, Villarosa Park, Parque del Capricho (really worth a visit), Juan Pablo II ...

-It also has a very good communication with the city center with several underground stations and buses. And It is located surrounding but parks (Juan Carlos I, Villarosa Park, Caprice Park (really worth a visit), Juan Pablo II ....)
