Another brilliant week at Cambrian Mountain View.
Another brilliant week at Cambrian Mountain View. The cottage is clean, warm and has everything you need for a quiet week away. The hosts are very friendly and approachable. The hot tub is clean, easily accessible and well maintained. The kitchen has all you need for the week and everything was clean and worked. Being very picky the TV in the living room could be larger, especially if the weather outside gets very wet (it is Wales after all!) but we did not go there to watch TV and every thing else was great. We will be going again.

What an amazing place to stay in! The log fire, the hot tub, the enclosed garden surrounded by fields and mountain views...so many positives! Jac was incredible; he was friendly, wise and always there if we needed him. His recommendations of walks and places to visit were invaluable and he ensured we had a really lovely and exciting stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his property and fully intend on returning one day!

Fabulous stay, we wanted rural, private and security for our two dog's.
Fabulous stay, we wanted rural, private and security for our two dog's. I stay in many cottages and log cabins year round and I have to say this has been one of the best pet friendly. Jac and Rosie very friendly and attentive. The hot tub was very spacious and very nice touches with the gowns and towels. Only thing I would say is maybe a light for the porch area would be of benefit. Overall we will be returning and highly recommend for people wanting to escape and relax! Although we came fully equipt for our dogs I thought it was very thoughtful that there was a dog bed provided and also bowls. Great weekend away wasn't long enough!

First impressions where very good, once unpacked you realise how quiet the world can be.
First impressions where very good, once unpacked you realise how quiet the world can be. Great views, lucky with the weather. The cottage is very cosy, warm and well equipped.
We was left alone but also enjoyed chatting with the owners who gave us an insight into the farming lifestyle.
Hot tub was well maintained and looked brand new. Is a great feature after a long day walking the impressive local areas of interest.
Close to the elan valley which is well worth at least 2 days of viewing, then go explore, we found some amazing places to go and would definitely recommend Cambrian mountain view as your base.
Outstanding value for money.

Cambrian Mountain View is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Cambrian Mountain View is a perfect place to relax and unwind. It has a perfect setting, with stunning views, a fully enclosed garden which was tested thoroughly by our 2 dogs!! The cottage is comfortable with everything you could need, with the added bonus of a hot tub!! There is a pub about a mile away serving good home cooked food, but for everything else you do have a bit of a drive... but this is a welcome compromise for the peace & quiet you get here. The owner is on site, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area if you are looking for places to go. Overall an excellent little cottage in perfect surroundings!!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at this cozy cottage. After a long drive, we were welcomed by Jac the owner, and Mog the friendliest Welsh Collie ever! The cottage was clean and comfortable and the hut tub had a wonderful view of the Welsh mountains. A perfect place to get away and relax. We would definitely recommend this place, and I’m sure we will be back for another break.
