Beautiful stone cottage with private hot tub, perfect for a romantic break away for two!. Ground Floor:

Utility Room: Freezer, Washing Machine
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Bath (In Room) Ensuite: Toilet (Only). Air source underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 3 (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Pleaase note: There is an fenced stream nearby.. The Mill has been restored to a high standard and offers a fabulous luxury break in this quiet location with just the sounds of the river and the local wildlife and livestock in the fields, nestled by the stream. You will truly experience a relaxing break. The Mill is situated on the owner’s land in Llandegley which is about 1¾ miles from the lovely village of Pen y Bont which has a local pub.
The Mill comprises a ground floor shower room, utility room, well equipped kitchen and living room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with double bed, free standing bath in the bedroom and en-suite with toilet. To the exterior of the property is a large, enclosed garden which runs alongside the stream with fabulous views of the countryside.
The detached barn conversion is about 15 miles from Builth Wells, so perfect for those attending an event at The Royal Welsh Showground. It is also 12 miles from the Elan Valley, which has some outstanding walks and superb sites to see including the dams and beautiful birds of prey. The spa town of Llandrindod Wells is 7 miles away with an array of shops, restaurants, and the lake is worth a visit. For those wanting to bring their bicycles or simply walk in the beautiful countryside, this is the place to be. After all that walking and cycling return to the property, take a refreshing drink from the wine cooler and relax in the private hot tub.
