A very stylish apartment with large terrace in the west and sea views. 1st line.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with closets. Master bedroom has double bed 160x200. The second bedroom has two single beds 90x200.
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Kitchen and living room with open floor plan. The kitchen area has a high dining table. Dishwasher and all the equipment needed to cook dinners at home.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. TV.
Washing machine and dryer available.
From the kitchen you go directly to the beautiful terrace with sea views and afternoon sun.
The house is newly built, Panorama Beach, and has a large pool area with direct access to the beach.

Leider ist direkt vor der Wohnung eine Groß Baustelle und zwar so das die Arbeiter einem auf die Teller schauen können. Der Lärm ist auch entsprechend. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und war auch sauber. Allerdings funktionierte das Bidet nicht, was auch nicht behoben wurde.

Positiv: sehr nah zum Strand bzw zur Promenade, unbeschreiblich schöne Sonnenuntergänge, sehr gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine funktioniert gut, Tabs sind vorhanden Negativ: sehr lauter Strassenlärm, besonders durch Motorräder, Schlafzimmer eher winzig, keineswegs geräumig, wenig Stauraum, kleine Garderobe, sehr viele Gläser aber nur 6 Teller, TG Stellplatz sehr eng Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen

Wunderschöne Wohnung nahe dem Meer

Das Objekt liegt Perfekt am Meer. Die Austattung und der Zustand ist nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Ich komme seid 15 Jahren nach Torrox-Costa und habe endlich meine Top 1 an Ferienwohnung gefunden :)
