Superb apartment in the old completely renovated with beautiful materials, parquet, exposed beams ... Furnished with taste, refinement and very well equipped.
Ideally located in one of the oldest listed buildings in Bastia, the famous "Cardi Palace" just at the end of the pedestrian street. The charming "rue des Terrasses", through which one reaches the building, and which descends directly on the old port, which is a few meters.
The view of the apartment is clear and gives, from the windows, on the steeple of the very emblematic Church Saint-Jean.
Brightness, calm, shops, car parks, near the old port and the old districts, and especially ... Charm guaranteed!

Très bel endroit

Très bel endroit pour séjourner dans le centre de Bastia. Un petit bijou d’appartement. Par contre je vous conseille de ne avoir une trop grosse valise pour pouvoir y monter. Le stationnement payant en dessous de la place du marché est le plus accessible.

Heel erg leuk.

Het verblijf was zeer mooi en het was een super handige locatie. We waren meteen in de haven en dicht bij de gezellige restaurants. De trap was wel heel stijl dus je moet wel voorzichtig zijn. Gelukkig is het niet op de bovenste verdieping. We vonden het dus heel leuk.

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte, sehr saubere Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, neu renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist da was man braucht und man muss nicht erst noch 1000 Kleinigkeiten einkaufen. Einzig Parken ist ein bisschen kompliziert. Auf der Straße kann man meist nichts finden. Es eignet sich das nahegelegene Parkhaus Parking Gaudin mit einem Tagesticket für 12,80.

Appartement de très bonne qualité qui bénéficie d'un parfair emplacement.

Appartement idéalement situé en centre ville, à coté du port, de tous les restaurants, près de la citadelle et son musée (à visiter absolument). Le double vitrage est très efficace pour dormir sans nuisance sonore. Les matériaux et équipements sont de qualité.

Je dirais beaucoup de charme et de confort pour ce très bel appartement super bien placé, en plein centre ville à 2mn du vieux-port de Bastia. Il ne manque rien, tout est fait pour être bien et la décoration est très soignée, tout est de qualité, très propre et l'accueil est juste parfait !
