The accommodation is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, microwave...) with a private parking space in the basement.
The apartment is located at the southern exit of Bastia, 10 minutes walk from the historic centre (Bastia citadel, old port).
Close to all shops, you have a bus and train service at the foot of the building. Bastia beaches are accessible in 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot along the seafront.
The apartment is a T2 type (45 m²) on the 4th floor with elevator in a new residence (2013), 15 m2 terrace with sea and mountain view.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, air fryer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine...
Living room with sofa, flat-screen TV.
One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with TV, private bathroom, WC.
Sheets and towels provided.
