Villa Olivia - 3 bedroom villa ideal for relaxed family holidays

Villa Olivia is a delightful modern 3-bedroom villa, set in a quiet area of the village, just a few minutes' walk to the local amenities, with Ayia Napa a short 10-minute drive away. On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living area with a kitchen and dining area. The living area features two comfy sofas to kick back and relax while watching movies or shows on a large flat-screen TV with a Satellite TV Box, giving access to the most popular international channels. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, including a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The first en-suite double bedroom is also located on the ground floor, along with a guest WC.



Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, both nicely furnished. There is one en-suite twin bedroom with access to a private balcony and one ample en-suite double bedroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has window black-out blinds throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Fantastic and new villa!

The villa is in a quiet and nice village only 15 minutes to Aya Napa. It’s a modern and brand new construction with all the necessary to a fantastic holiday. We enjoy a lot the vacation and for sure we will rent again!! Just improving the Wi-Fi signal on the first floor because it works very well near the router but not very much if you were a little bit distant from the router.

Tolles Haus Gerne kommen wir wieder

Haus wie auf den Fotos ebenso die Innenausstattung Die Lage des Hauses.Alle Topstrände (Macronissos Beach,Landa Beach Nissi Beach usw.) in 12 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto.Gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Gibt nicht viel was nicht gefallen hat.Eins was nicht gefallen hat war das laute Hundegebell in der Nacht aber dass ist eben so.

Sunny villa

Set in a village location and very peaceful (lots of dogs barking through the night but I think we noticed it more because it was so quiet!) The villa is ideally placed because its 30 mins drive from Ayia Napa and Larnaca. There is a fantastic restaurant 15mins walk and a 24hour bakery along with a few small food shops.

Nice place for a quiet holiday...

The villa conditions was great..pool...everything... parking..... The neighbour which was drilling first time around 19 30 when was dark already outside and then he start drilling at 21 25 and he said to me he will drill for another 3 hours when I get close to him and tried to explain it is not ok for this time...

Отличная новая вилла, обязательно наличие автомобиля, рядом прекрасный пляж Макронисос, и магазин lidl и крупный супермаркет Sklavenitis Hypermarket, свежую рыбу можно купить Blue Island Fish Market, все по пути. Всем отличного отдыха! Отдыхали в июне, во второй половине дня всегда был сильный ветер. Первые дни были муравьи, решили проблему спреем от муравьев брызгали на ночь вдоль раздвижных дверей. В бассейне был небольшой мусор (может надуло).
