This is an amazing three bedroom villa with spacious outdoors, located less than 100 metres from the sea.
Enjoying prime location, villa is less than 15 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay and the centre of Protaras.
A beautiful Vizakia Beach with shallow clear sea is only 4 minutes walk from the villa.
As you walk in you will find spacious and airy living area with a large and fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
A patio doors lead to shaded area where you can dine al-fresco.
All 3 good size bedrooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom has its own balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower room, and there is additional family bathroom with bath tub on the same floor.

Great villa in quiet but accessible location

Well maintained property. Spacious with plenty of facilities. Antonis the local rep/manager looked after us brilliantly ironing out any issues with great efficiency.

Beautiful, well kept villa

Villa Celine

Fantastic Villa , clean , spacious and very well equipped. Brilliant location to lots of different beautiful beaches and short walk to the strip with lots of shops , restaurants and bars .Far enough out to be away for all the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short walk . Would Definately recommend this villa .

First time in cyprus

Excellent location, short walk to Fig Tree bay and the main strip in protaras. Air con was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. There is a beautiful cove just 2 minutes walk from the villa, we were able to go down and snorkel. For shopping, there are many smaller supermarkets within walking distance! Lidl is roughly 25 mins walk. We used Wolt (app) for bigger supermarket deliveries which was excellent. Lovely holiday had in this Villa.

Great modern Villa perfect for family holiday, good location, 10 min walk to fig tree bay, hired a car and loved our time in Cyprus. Beds are quite uncomfortable and we did have bad backs but all in all, a brilliant stay & we were very pleased with the Villa. Villas2let are super helpful and ensured we had a great stay with everything we needed.

Great property for holiday rental

Great property for holiday rental very close to the sea in the Cape Greco area, spacious inside out... what's worth noting is the quality of service delivered by the host. We had a small issue with Air Con and it was resolved in a coupe of hours! Great communication overall; would stay again... but we got our own house :)

Lovely villa in a brilliant location

Really spacious villa. Pool is great. Location is brilliant, with a small beach just a minute away, many other larger beaches a small walk away, lots of local cuisine and a bus stop quite close. We had all facilities we needed except for a few things like oven gloves and drying towels. Concierge and villa reps were very kind and responsive and helped us out with all of our queries. A great touch.

Fantastic Stay at CELINE Villa!

We had a wonderful holiday at CELINE Villa in July! This 3-bedroom villa is perfectly located within walking distance of the stunning Fig Tree Bay Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach outings. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were airy and offered great sleeping comfort, which is always a plus on a vacation. The outdoor area was also a highlight with a private pool, ample lounging space, and a BBQ setup, which was perfect for some family time after a day at the beach. The proximity to local shops and restaurants meant we had everything we needed within a short walk or drive. Customer service was commendable; the villa management was attentive and quick to respond to any queries we had. They made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay at CELINE Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach holiday in Fig Tree Bay. We're looking forward to returning next year!

Mycket trevligt hus och ett fantastiskt läge. Inte många gånger vi har sagt att vi vill resa tillbaks men det hör huset hade verkligen det mesta. Omgivningen, närheten till det mesta. Om det är något som skulle kunna bli bättre är sängen i det stora sovrummet

Best family holiday

We visit Cyprus every year. We started picking up some tips and tricks along the way of things we would like in a Villa. Honestly, Villa Celine ticked all our boxes. The rooms were all a great size. The master bedroom had en-suite bathroom which is convenient. My only complaint is that the bed is a bit hard. But it’s a nice big size. I also wished they had proper fitted sheets at the sheet came untucked all the time. The other bedroom has 2 incredibly comfortable single beds and a beautiful view. Bedroom 3 had a double bed and a beautiful view. Bathroom was a good size. The kitchen had everything you would need. Loved the big kitchen table. My biggest frustration with the villa was that the WiFi wasn’t working. I reported it 2/3 times but nothing was done about it. I had to purchase data to be able to work. The outside of this villa is amazing!!!! Plenty plenty of shade which is an absolute must in summer in Cyprus! There was also always a nice breeze at the villa which is a luxury in Cyprus. The pool is big but very deep not ideal for kids but we all enjoyed it. There are 2 beautiful date trees that really created a wonderful atmosphere. The 2 awnings are amazing. There’s a lot of sitting space. There is a huge solid wall of the hotel next door that you don’t see in the pictures but to us it made no difference. There are no windows looking onto the villa so it’s not a problem at all. The proximity to the sea is amazing and convenient. We would take a quick 2 min walk down to the beach for a lovely swim. Don’t even need to take towels along. I honestly feel this is a gem of a villa. Just one or 2 niggles but overall a beautiful villa with great proximity to the sea.
