Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £100 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Relaxing mother's day weekend

This is the second time I have stayed at redlake farm, last time was with the previous owner. The peace, comfort and facilities were still as comfortable and well thought out. The hot tub was clean and warm in arrival. We were lucky to have good weather and enjoyed the local area as much as the accommodation. It was myself and my 2 adult daughters staying and we all appreciated the hot tub, especially when it got dark around us and you could see the stars.

Excellent stay!

We really had a nice time at the woodpecker lodge, loved the hottub. Nice and quiet, but still centrally located enough to go to both coasts. We visited the amonite beach at Lime Regis wich was real nice.

Wonderful weekend break

Jackie was very kind and made us feel very welcome. Her lodge was absolutely perfect. We were so warm and comfortable, and we loved the position & and animals wandering about. Location is great for visiting local attractions. Nobody wanted to leave!

A Wonderful Getaway

Redlake Farm is the perfect place to get away from the stress and hussle of modern life. We found Woodpecker Lodge to be beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable. The bottle of prosecco on arrival was appreciated, we also had kitchen basics provided and really nice toiletries. We loved the hot tub, it was really fun and relaxing with fantastic views. We especially loved the wildlife, swifts, dragonflies, and a heron flew in, and daily visits from the ducks made it really special. We also met the Rhea and were lucky enough to be gifted some eggs from the Rhea which was really fun and delicious! Thank you Redlake Farm, this has been by far our favourite place to stay in the area and I'll be sure to rebook for next year.
