We opted to not have a hot tub, it was the end of November and we were both getting over colds.

I thought the accommodation was very comfortable and clean.
I thought the accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I went Monday to Friday during term time so consequently it was very peaceful. The facilities looked great but I have to admit I didn’t make enough use of them. My friend said the swimming pool was lovely. There is plenty to do round and about eg Brean Down, Wells plus nice local walks. I had my dog with me and she was very happy.
The property was very well equipped & in a lovely position on the site. It was very peaceful. The couple of queries we had were immediately resolved by the reception staff. If I was pushed to have a slight negative comment it would be that there were no instruction booklets for the kitchen appliances.
