Welcome to Gorgeous Gorleston and our stunning 4-bedroom Edwardian terraced house - the perfect choice for your next family holiday or weekend break.

Gorleston-on-Sea is a delightful Norfolk seaside town with miles of beautiful sandy beach, recently named one of the UK's best beaches by Trip Advisor.

The house is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the beach, seaside attractions and a traditional high street with shops, cafes and restaurants.

The space

As you step into the light and airy entrance hall, you’ll notice the house has a relaxed, homely feel and lots of period features, including hardwood floors.

Watch TV or relax in the large living room with bay window to the front, and play board games or curl up with a book in the cosy library.

Prepare family meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with range cooker, and eat together in the adjoining dining room.

A bright, sunny garden room leads out to the courtyard where you can sit peacefully or enjoy an outdoor meal. The courtyard and garden room face west, so are perfect for enjoying the sun on those light evenings.

Upstairs, the three spacious double bedrooms all feature comfy beds with Egyptian cotton bedding, plenty of storage space and some great views!

The smaller fourth bedroom is perfect as a children’s room and there's a sofa bed downstairs if you need some extra space.

The large, family bathroom offers a bath plus a brand new separate walk in shower, and super soft towels are provided. Downstairs, there’s a second loo just off the kitchen.

Guest access

The whole house is yours to enjoy during your stay.

I'll make sure someone is at the house to welcome you or give you instructions for the key safe. I'm always contactable by phone or email before and during your stay.

Other things to note

On street parking is available for one car in front of the house or on the adjacent roads if you need extra space. Please be sure to leave space for our neighbours to use their gates.

This is a lovely house, close to the beach and lots of attractions a short drive away. Well equipped with everything we needed. Not a "posh" rental but homely and just right for a family gathering.

This property had everything we needed. Lots of towels, t- towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, a washer, clothes line and pegs, cot, mattress and if we needed a bottom sheet for the cot. All beds were made up and Lucy even got us a second babygate so we could use one at the top and bottom of the stairs. This house has loads of room. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 sitting rooms downstairs. (We only used the front room) loads of books and games. We adults made use of the games once the kids were in bed. Even ordered one of them as we had such fun playing it. It's a short, flat walk to the beach and sea front, about 10 minutes and less than a 5 minute walk to the big morrisons around the corner. Lucy is a great communicator and respond very quicklyThe kitchen is well equipped of equipment and even an air fryer.The only thing we could have done with was coat hooks and towel hooks but that is all i can think of. Thank you Lucy for a great stay.
