Immaculate and stylish terraced cottage, moments from beautiful Winterton beach, which is year round dog friendly and only a few minutes from the pub, village store and fish and chip shop.
The house has been recently renovated, has a new central heating system and offers a cosy living room with wood burner plus a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen diner, perfect for long dinners or longer card games.
The two upstairs bedrooms are king sized with the option for bedroom two to be made up as a king or a twin bedroom. Downstairs there is a further small bedroom which can be used as a single or twin, perfect for 1 or 2 children or, being located next to the downstairs WC, useful for anyone with mobility issues.
Spacious bathroom upstairs with bath and walk-in shower.
Outside there is a pretty, part paved part gravel garden with table and chairs. The garden is fully enclosed and dogs are welcome. Off road parking is available for one car. WiFi, heating, logs for fire, towels and bedlinen are all included.

We had an excellent three-night stay at Beachcomber in Winton-on-Sea. The location couldn't have been better—right by the beach, with stunning views and easy access for morning walks.The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beachside escape!

Fabulous property, wonderful location

This is a lovely property - minutes from the beach - with a really helpful owner. Winterton is dog heaven, but despite the cottage being dog friendly, it is still wonderfully clean and well decorated. After our second visit, we've just booked for a third!

Had the most wonderful week here in Winterton. Cottage is immaculate, fantastic facilities and the host Rachel was so helpful. Super dog friendly as well, our two basset hounds loved the sand dunes. We look forward to returning next year 😊

Lovely mid terrace. Nicely decorated. Area reminded me of Emmerdale by the Sea. Had the chance to see all the Seals and their pups on the beach (added bonus).

July 2024- week stay

Lovely stay in Beachcomber Cottage. Ideal layout for our party of 5 plus our dog. Property was clean and cozy and well equipped and we appreciated the welcome hamper. Dogs are really welcomed with treats, dog bowls and throws/towels.Nice area outside to sit and enjoy a cuppa. Fish and chips in the village was delicious and also enjoyed food at Poppy’s and the Fisherman’s Return. Lovely walks without dog on the dunes and so close to the cottage. Recommend the wildlife boat trips from Martha’s Boat Yard- really interesting and great fun and also dog friendly. A lovely week away, would recommend this property and host (Rachel)was friendly and helpful. Would come again 😀

We had a fantastic few days away at Beachcomber cottage. The house was fabulous, great condition, incredibly clean and had everything you needed. Great fish and chip shop just up the road and great walks. Very dog friendly location.

If you want a lovely cosy cottage, with excellent proximity to the dunes & beach this is the cottage. Great little village, friendly pub 5 minutes walk. Corner shop, post office and fish & chip shop all on the doorstep. Very friendly village who all seen to be dog lovers. Had a great few days definitely be back

Perfect Location

Perfect quiet location, comfortable and clean house with lovely walks and a nice garden. This was a late booking and £768 for 3 nights in September was a bit expensive for us but I guess covid had something to do with that. We would definitely go again but book earlier!

A perfect place to stay!

Beachcomber is lovely. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we really appreciated the welcoming cake, biscuits and treats for our Spaniel. We had a superb week in this comfortable and well equipped cottage. Having the beach and the dunes on the doorstep was a real treat. Winterton is charming; great fish and chips and amazing coffee and snacks from ‘The Edge’ airstream vans at the beach. We had a great time and certainly want to go back.

The cottage was ideally placed for long walks with our dog The welcome pack was a nice touch but it would have benefited with some milk to make a cuppa when we first arrived from a long journey-also the kitchen could do with baking trays, chopping boards etc Overall we had a lovely time except for the bin men waking us up at 5am!!’ We would recommend beachcomber
