Located in the heart of the Drome Provençale below the medieval village of Poët-Laval, this authentic house of 200 m2 has 5 bedrooms, 1 with terrace, a living room of 50 m2 with fireplace, 1 vaulted kitchen overlooking courtyard with awning to take its meals, 1 SDB + WC separated + 2 room of shower with TOILET. Garden of 3000 m² with pool 14 meters long. Practical side: 1 dishwasher, 1 washing machine, WIFI, mini oven in the laundry room, large cellar with 2nd fridge, ceramic hob. Linens provided. Towels not provided. Cleaning in supplement (100 €). No pets allowed. Weekly rental only in July and August.

MAGNIFIQUE

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Son charme (vieilles pierres), sa superficie, ses espaces extérieurs et intérieurs (multiples !), son environnement font de cette location un idéal pour les séjours entre amis.
