Modern villa for rent near Nazaré with a private salt swimming pool.
The villa is suitable for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. In the large living room there is a comfortable lounge area with cable TV. You have a beautiful view of the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped such as, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker ... The bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms on the first floor have a shared bathroom and doors to the spacious sun terrace (55 m2). This roof is south facing and offers beautiful views of the surroundings.
In the garden you can relax in the sun and enjoy a good book and drink. The salt water swimming pool (7x3 m) is on the south side out of sight from the street and provides the necessary cooling during hot summer days.

Villa in Famalicao

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Pool mit Meerwasser ganz toll, das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Das Objekt liegt in einer Straße in der es nur Neubauten gibt. Lage und Umgebung habe ich nicht bewertet weil dies immer etwas schwierig ist. Das Meer ist ca 5 km vom Haus entfernt. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass dies in der Annonce zu erkennen gewesen wäre. Unabhängig davon, braucht man in Portugal eh ein Auto. Wenn ich dies unter Umgebung bewerten würde, dann auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne.
