It features a private fenced swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with sun loungers, a lush garden, and a terrace with barbecue and parasol. Inside, the air-conditioned living and dining area offers modern comforts with TV and stereo, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy. A children’s bed and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones.

Located just 3 km from Alcobaça with its UNESCO-listed monastery, the villa is perfect for cultural and nature excursions. Beaches at Nazaré are 10 km away, while Serras de Aire e Candeeiros National Park and Fátima are within easy reach. Golfers can visit Praia del Rei 30 km away, and local restaurants nearby serve fresh seafood and traditional Portuguese dishes.
