Above It All at Gioia

We had a fabulous stay with friends during our séjour in Trapani. Vanessa's home was incredible--an outstanding view, reliable air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool AND pool table to keep the kids (and adults) entertained and a backyard made for entertaining and lounging. The pool was always cool and refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs to relax. The big table on the patio meant we could all enjoy our meals al fresco, together, comfortablye. The view from the backyard was really spectacular at sunset--you're able to see Trapani and beyond to the islands, with Erice to the right. Vanessa was always available to answer any questions and check in and out was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house worked well for our two families--large enough so we weren't on top of each other during the week. It was great being within a minutes of Pacheco or Trapani--close enough to the action, but ready to return to our retreat at the end of an evening. We would absolutely stay here again!

I had the privilege of having as my first guests in my home Melissa with her beautiful family. Melissa was an extraordinary guest, highly recommended to other hosts. Communication with the guests was very smooth, the place was left in good condition and the house rules were respected. I hope Melissa will come back to my house in the future!
