Great, perfectly maintained residence for a group

We were a group of five and wanted a place near to but not in the Old Town. The property had four bedrooms and a great courtyard for gathering In, this worked very well for our group. It’s meticulously maintained and owner lives nearby. Also near a bus stop that takes you to and from the old town. Very much recommend.

Beautiful Modern Getaway!

Our group stayed three nights at this bright, beautiful home in a lovely Dubrovnik neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tony kept in contact with us and check-in was no problem since he lives nearby!This home looks brand new and was just the perfect size for our group of six. The living room and dining room were a nice size and the patio was also a great place to hang out! The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy as well!This location is a very short Uber ride to the old town (about 5-6) but we could walk to some nearby restaurants as well as a couple of markets. There was also a beautiful sidewalk stroll nearby which had amazing views of the ocean below! All in all, I highly recommend the Holiday Home King!

The house was even better than in pictures. It was clean, spacious and only a short walk to old town. We were 2 families staying and we were extremely pleased and happy with the house. We would recommend to anyone.
