The space
Situated on the 2nd floor of a historical stone house listed as a cultural heritage building, this apartment with its 90 square meters, really stands out when it comes to space. Two bedrooms with king and double size beds, each on the opposite side of a spacious, open layout living room with a sofa bed create an inviting atmosphere. Fully featured kitchen and bathroom make this apartment a superb choice even for a long term rental. In the kitchen there are many appliances such as large refrigerator, dish-washer, microwave, electric stove, oven, dishes, plates, glasses and everything else needed for cooking. A flat screen, multi-channel TV and high speed WI-FI or wired Internet access are provided free of charge.
The price includes the rent and all utility costs (gas, electricity, garbage disposal etc.). The apartments are equpped with set of towels, bed linen and toiletries. You can anytime during your stay request their additional replenishment and exchange as well as complete maid service including fresh bed linen. Small charge will apply for these extra services.

Breakfast and Grocery stores
Café-bars that serve breakfast Semafor and Galeria are in front of the house. There are grocery stores and laundry service just across the street. The mainstream grocery stores nearby are Studenac, Tommy and Interspar and Konzum markets are about 200m away. Popular restaurants Corto Maltese and Bokeria are only about 150m away .
Public Transport
The location is very convenient for the use of public transport. The public transport (bus and Taxi stand) is within 100m and there is 15 minute walk to the main public transport station (ferry, train, buses and airport shuttle) and famous Bacvice beach.
50m from the apartment building, there is a little tourist train which takes you to Marjan Forest Park, past the city centre up through pine forests, then over the hill to charming little cafes, restaurants, pebbly beaches and rock and concrete bathing areas.
