The exclusive luxury villa is located in the center of the famous wine region of Collalto Susegana near Conegliano, in view of the beautiful castle. The wine summer of the Count Collalto is an integral part of the history and progress of this area.

This was the great house of winemakers and owners of vineyards. It has recently been transformed into a comfortable charming villa. The villa "Kingdom of vineyards" can be the starting point for interesting day trips, to the Dolomites Mountains or to the Adriatic beaches. With short trips by car you can reach the art history towns of Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Follina, Cison Valmarino, and the famous Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Bassano, Asolo.

The villa is immersed in 7 acres of rolling hills, 5 of which is the cultivation of grapes, the remaining 2 are covered by orchards, olive groves and woods. Where is the famous wine DOCG "Two Castles" where guests can taste the sparkling wine and olive oil.
In the meadow surrounding the villa is the swimming pool of 11x6 meters with a whirlpool and water fountain. Alongside the pool is a large verandah furnished with tables and chairs, barbecue and also an outdoor kitchen in marble.

In this area wine tours and wine tasting routes are considered a cultural activity. Here we are in the middle of Prosecco DOC area, in the triangle Valdobbiadene, Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano. An area where the wineries and the wine cellars are at the top of every hill.
Rooms, beds and facilities: Living room with fireplace, 60 inch TV, and dining room, and a complete and modern kitchen.
The decor is "country chic", using natural materials like stone and wood, giving it a rough and rustic style.
On the first and second floors you will find 1 double bedroom each with its own bathroom and 1 single bedroom with bathroom.
One of the suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub. All rooms are richly detailed and carefully decorated.
