Beautiful view and lovely home

We enjoyed this lovely, third floor home; it was the highlight of our trip. The quiet and secluded community suited us perfectly. It was so wonderful to come “home” to each day from visiting the surrounding beaches. The air conditioner was a welcome respite from the humid August days. The bedrooms and kitchen were well-appointed and had an airy feel. Each morning we sipped our coffee as we sat in the Adirondack chairs on the back balcony and watched the sunrise on the little bay. Owner communicated promptly and courteously. We delighted in our stay at this exquisite home.

Little bit of everything

We loved staying at this property. The view was awesome, the on-site amenities were very nice, and everything else was within arms reach. The unit itself was spacious, with plenty of beds and baths. Checking in/out was seamless and Emily is a great communicator. Thank you!

The balcony off the back of the condo is perfect for breakfasts and dinners with beautiful views of the bay and bridge! Condo was comfy, quiet, and clean.

location was great. The view from the unit was breathtaking very spacious in all no complint.

the only thing was the rug that was in the the kitchen was filthy we took it off left in close. everything else was great would recommend it to anyone may come back again thank you

This place is quite and pleasant, it seemed to be an alternative for retirement. Clean and comfort

The house accommodates well a group of 10 people. Nicely decorated and home atmosphere. The host was very attended when inquiring about the property. The only thing is that we did not expect to be on the 3rd floor because of all our belongings, was a bit tiring for some of us. Some little issue with the cooling system, but other than that was a very nice experience. I would recommend it .

Great place to stay on the bay!

Bethany Bay is a beautiful community and so was this unit. Everything you could possibly need was in the unit, the owners have thought of everything! We enjoyed the 9 hole golf course, kayaking in the bay right in front of the unit and the easy drive to the beach.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a great time! Wonderful location with a short drive to Bethany Beach. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 4 children. Beautiful view of the bay. If we needed to contact the owner, she responded quickly. The pool area was wonderful and plenty a space and tables for everyone. We would absolutely rent that location again.

First Time Visitors

This was our family's first visit to Bethany Beach and everyone had a great time. Emily was a great communicator - letting us know of some upgrades before our stay, letting us know of a challenge that happened just before our stay and was getting fixed shortly after we arrived, and even a challenge after we arrived was taken care of promptly. The location was wonderful to walk to the pool, walk/bike ride trails, kayaking, fishing, and of course a short ride to the beach and grocery store. The space/layout of the home was wonderful for the 7 adults - we did not feel cramped at all. We greatly appreciated the upgrades that had been done and are sure the mattresses and bedroom ceiling fans are on the to do list. We hope to he back next year for another awesome family vacation! Thank you for the great family memories we made!

The Views were exactly as described. We were able to watch the sun rise everyday over the bay. I wasn't too sure on how convenient the location was going to be, but I can definitely say the convenience was absolutely perfect. Short 5 Minute Drive from Shopping center for all essentials. We were no more than 15 minutes away from the BEACH! PERFECT Location! Pool was top notch. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the board games provided and played all week!. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful place for our family

Our family, me and my husband; my son and his wife; my daughter, her husband and two children (2 and 4) enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms were great with a king for us and queens for my son and daughter with their spouses. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The ice maker in the refrigerator made plenty of ice for us. We enjoyed the deck looking out over the bay and of course playing the Ring Game. The community was quiet with beautiful places to walk. We get a surf fishing permit for our Jeep to go out on the sand at the Delaware Seashore which was only 15 minutes away. As well as shopping in Bethany Beach. Thanks Emily for a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed the capacity of the condo and the amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were very large. The view of the inlet from the balcony was great. The community is at a great location and we could be at our favorite beach in 20 min or so. The unit owner was also very responsive to my inquiries upon our arrival. Thanks and we would visit again!

Family vacation

My family really enjoyed a week here at this clean and comfortable condo! They loved having their own room full of bunk beds. The view off the balcony was an amazing sight any time of day but esp with a cup of coffee to watch the sun rise. The balcony was a family favorite place to play card/board games. The condo is set in a quiet, scenic, and convenient community. The community pool was fabulous. The option to golf was great. Close to shopping and restaurants. And close enough to both Delaware and Maryland beaches - we explored various beaches that week. But my kids favorite was right there in Bethany - just a short drive away. Really great place overall!!

Stayed here several times, during the summer and in the"off season". Always a pleasant experience! The condo is neat and well-maintained. There is a beautiful view off the back deck. Delaware and Maryland beaches are close by and there is a terrific swimming pool within walking distance to the condo. So many places to dine and shop... but also a great place to relax. The owners are very accommodating and "neighbors" are very friendly. We are looking forward to returning often.
