A finely furnished and design apartment reopens in March 2019 after a complete renovation. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a building with a lift and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher), two fully furnished bedrooms and equipped with every comfort; bathroom with shower and bidet, washing machine and dryer; iron, hair dryer, linens, soaps, toilet paper and free WI-GI.
All comfort for a pleasant stay.

Great location!

Nice apartment with everything you need. So close to everything and a nice area with good restaurants and fair prices. We loved our stay here and the hosts were responsive and kind. Thank you for a fantastic stay in Rome!

Looked Good on Paper, Not In-Person

A number of items were broken or non-functional when we arrived. The dishwasher did not work. The pull-out bed in the living room was broken. The shower head did not work. The toilet did not flush completely. The kitchen was dirty. We stayed at a number of places during our stay in Italy and this location, by far, was the worst. Very disappointed.

If you had written to me that you were having difficulties, I would have done everything to sort things out and let you spend a good holiday with us!

Staying in Rome

The owners were very communicative with me. They even arranged airport pick up and drop off. The listing stated 3 bedrooms but is only 2 bedrooms and the living room. Things are a lot smaller in Rome. So it was hard for my 6 ft 5 husband in the shower. We went at the perfect time or the year so we didn't need to use the AC or heater. I wished there was a welcome booklet that out lined all of how to operate the equipment like the washer/dryer and the stove. I loved the area that was near to the metro so we didn't need a car to get around. Also we were able to walk to a lot of places as we were near to the colosseum.
