Owner managed property. Totally remodeled 2BR/2BA Cabin with the absolute perfect location! Just off the Spur/Hwy 441 between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Spacious open floor plan with DOUBLE master bedrooms with comfortable beds. Enjoy the tranquil and peaceful surroundings form the newly renovated large deck that offers a covered 8 person hot tub, gas firepit and grill with French doors leading to the entrance and both bedrooms. The interior offers a large living/dining room with gas fireplace, open kitchen and massage chairs. Pet friendly with approval and fee.

RULES: Must be at least 25 to book. Additional guest fee over 6 guests No 3rd party bookings. Disclosed pet fee with approval, $500 undisclosed pet fee, $50/hr late check out fee. No one night reservations less then one month in advance, 5 minimum stay during holidays. Cancellation Policy Guest receives 100% (less $100.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival. $500 refundable security deposit required.

We are not responsible for things outside of our control including but not limited to the weather, wildlife activity, disruptions in power or internet, public roads, noise from surrounding properties, acts of nature or local laws.

We had a wonderful stay at Just Playin’ !It was plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 mini poodles. This was a great location to get around and the house was very quiet and clean. We will definitely make this a place to stay for a future visit.

Perfect cabin for our family

Nice spacious and clean cabin. It's in the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so you're just minutes from everything. Great host provided all info about the cabin and checked in via messages to make sure everything was good for our stay

Just Perfect

Just Playin’ is a nice clean cabin with 2 Master Suites. I would recommend and would stay there again. Location is between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and it’s not too far off the highway. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice cabin, great communication. The only negative was the road up to the cabin and the parking. Only room enough for one vehicle and driving a 3500 truck was a challenge to get on the road and in and out of the driveway. Glad we didn’t take two vehicles there would have been no room. Overall nice place, comfy beds, clean. Hot tub could use a little attention. But we had a bear in the tree right behind the hot tub the first night.

Amazing place!

This was a great spot for rest and relaxation!! Plenty of room for the 4 of us and we especially loved that we could take our fur baby. He loved laying on the enclosed deck in the sun. It was easy to find and it is in a great location!!! Right in the middle of everything but still very quiet and peaceful.

Great place!

"Just Playin" was very nice. The entire house was very very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was just the right size for 3-4 people and the floorplan was perfect. Kate was very attentive and responded quickly to my messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Hurricane getaway..

We came up to get away and while we were there Hurricane Helene came through so many of the mountain attractions were closed after the storm. the house is in a quaint neighborhood and was perfect for four adults . We did see a couple of bears while on the deck . The house is in the PERFECT location equidistant from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas. Highly recommend.

Smokey Mountain Christmas

What an awesome place! We so enjoyed our stay. Lovely home with all the amenities. It was so clean and nicely decorated. We look forward to renting from Kate again. She is a doll! Amazing Property

This cabin is perfectly laid out with two spacious master suites on opposite sides of the cabin and well furnished common areas smartly placed between the rooms, making this very comfortable family gatherings whole still providing aquiet escape. The host was very helpful and responsive. Checkin was a breeze with electeonic PIN entry. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. This property is truly perfectly located for easy and quick access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Highly recommended, if you need a great property at a reasonable rate for the area.

The perfect spot if you're Just Playin' in the Smokey Mountains

It was the ideal location for our family of four. It was equidistant from (5 minutes to either) Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and off the beaten path just far enough to escape the action at the end of the day. The cabin was well-equipped with all the comforts of home and then some. We cooked multiple meals, and the gas grill was great. The dual king-sized bed suites were perfect, with the teens on one side of the house and Mom & Dad on the other. The living space was very comfortable; zoning out on the large sofa in front of the TV was too easy. The wifi was fast enough to keep the devices humming, and Dad had fun teaching the kids how to play 8 Ball on the regulation-sized pool table. If you're visiting the Smokey's, don't overlook Just Playin'. We highly recommend it!

Amazing home away from home in the Smokies

We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing spot to call home for our Smoky Mountain getaway. Everything was perfect - the comfortable beds, relaxing hot-tub, cozy fire pit, well-appointed kitchen, perfect-sized deck. Our family would spend the day at the Smoky Mountains and would come back each night to this lovely spot each evening. The location is perfect - just off of the beaten path and amongst the trees. It's nice and quiet and a great place to unwind. The massage chairs located in each bedroom were a perfect way treat ourselves after a hard day in the mountains. Kate was very responsive when we contacted her about an issue with hot tub. We so appreciated her attentiveness and were glad to enjoy the hot tub the very next day! We will be recommending 'Just Playin' to anyone who is traveling to the Smokies. Thank you!!

Great stay in the mountains

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and what we expected. We love the pool table and the two master bedrooms! There were 4 adults in our party, and we had plenty of space. this is the 2nd time we have stayed here, and we will be back again. The host is great and very responsive. We used the hot tub a few times, but it seems like only half of the jets were working but it was still ok. We really enjoyed the grill and that it is hooked up to the big gas tank so no worries about running out. If you are looking for a cabin in the area between Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge this, is it!

Perfect Quick Weekend

Everything was wonderful at "Just Playin"!Clean, beautiful, easy to find, and cozy.This was a quick get away weekend and having 3 teenagers with my husband and myself there was plenty to keep the teens entertained while we relaxed. Not a single composing!i will definitely book her again

Nice relaxing getaway trip in a cabin

We had an amazing time. Kate is great to work with. We ran into some issues and she worked with us to get them addressed quickly. The cabin is great. Between the arcade game, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill and double massage chairs we really had no reason to leave. You are only about a quick 5 minute drive into the downtown city. We plan to comeback again or stay in another one of their properties.

I'm Sayin'...Just Playin'

Want to thank the management team at Vacationsmartrentals.com for their absolute professionalism in the entire experience during my stay at the Just Playin' property in Sevierville, Tennessee. EVERYTHING was great. The cabin is just like it is in the pictures. It was clean, well appointed, and check in went smoothly. Residence sits in a picturesque setting that's within a few minutes drive to whatever you want to do in the area. Im sayin...Just Playin' is the perfect fit for a small group of friends or family to have fun and enjoy their next visit!

Wish I could’ve stayed longer

Just playin was a great find for me, my wife, and large German Shepard. It’s tough to find cabins that accommodate larger dogs. We had plenty of room. We loved the billiards table, arcade game, hot tub,, fire pit, and the massage chairs. The drive to the cabin is not terrifying. Location is great. 12 min to downtown gatlinburg and 12 minutes to Dollywood in pigeon forge. We had trouble getting some amenities working, but Kate responded quickly and helped me get everything working. Thanks for a great trip.

Fantastic cabin.

It was a very nice cabin, we had very good communication with Kate. They replied to me immediately. The cabin was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is a very good place to spend a few days of rest. I recommend it and I hope to return soon. I really love this cabin.

Home Away From Home!

The home was clean and equipped with all you would need to make yourself at home or cook up a meal. The air conditioner kept the home cool and comfortable. Hot tub to fit 8. This home was situated so we could look down over green spaces and vegetable gardens across the road. Truly felt like home. You could sit on the porch with a cup of coffe in the morning and watch birds and squirrels scamper around or watch the farmer tend his garden. Pool table and a variety of games for play time. 2 massage chairs to relax in at the end of each day. A quiet place to relax and recharge. It was just what my family and I needed. Kate was an awesome host. She was attentive and responsive to any questions. We hope to return soon.
