Beautiful Single Floor Private 5 BR, 4 BA Villa, 15-20 mins from Disney.

Welcome to Tuscan Pines Villa, our spacious, luxuriously furnished single-story villa in the "gated" community of Tuscan Hills, a "tiled roof" Mediterranean-style community in a private and peaceful setting, yet only a few minutes from Orlando's world renowned sporting and entertainment attractions. Our villa has 5 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room, breakfast room and family room, that has Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The garage is finished and utilized as a game room with a Foosball Table, a 7' Air Hockey Table, a Hoops Basketball Game and Dart Board in the garage that is well-lighted and ventilated.

Our screened in lanai has a 55" LED TV mounted on one of the patio walls so you can enjoy sporting events or watch the news in the comfort of your patio.

The grand master suite has a king size mattress and adjoining master bath. The bedroom has access to the pool area. The two Queen en-suites each have a queen bed, clothes closet and an adjoining full bath.

The other 2 bedrooms each have 1 twin bed and 1 full-sized bed in each bedroom, with a smart TV and they share a full bath.

The villa has a large secluded (hedges surround the pool area) "heated" private pool (13' x 25') and an attached Jacuzzi spa. The pool is "south-facing", which gets full sun all day long. Guests at our villa will find our location ideal and within only a few minutes' drive to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and pharmacies.

Disney is about 15-20 minutes away without having to travel on any Interstate to get there.

We know you will enjoy staying at our villa as we strive to make it "home away from home"!!!

Awesome Property

We stayed two weeks at the Tuscan Hills Villa. The place is perfect, it is very comfortable from the beds to the dining and kitchen for eating in or storing cold drinks and leftovers. The pool was very relaxing and nice. We played cards out on the lanai a couple nights. It is located close to all shopping, restaurants and Disney parks. We had such a great trip and would love to stay here again.

Excellent Stay

The house was everything as advertised. Very clean and was very well equipped. We had a large thanksgiving dinner and we had no problem preparing the meal and had all the utensils needed. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Disney vacation

Great experience with this rental property. Close to Disney. House had everything we needed to stay with 2 small children including portacrib, high chair, pool toys , safety gate on pool. Didn’t want to leave. Would definitely like to go back. Easy to contact owner with any questions we had.

Perfect Family Getaway

Well maintained and spacious home for our adult family to enjoy quality and quantity time together. The pool and lanai area was used daily to enjoy the warm weather ( visiting from the north ) and fresh air. Bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. We bought a few items for the kitchen (i.e. baster, grater ) to cook Thanksgiving meal only to discover it was already there ! We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Awesome Family Friendly Rental

EVERYTHING about this rental, the booking, the owner contact, the property, the amenities, and location was AMAZING! The home is beautiful & well stocked. We loved hanging out in the pool & hot tub watching TV in the evening as well as the game room! We were in reasonable proximity to the parks & close to a charging station for our electric vehicle. We will definitely stay here in future trips when we have small grandkids. They literally had strollers & swim diapers!!! I

Absolutely perfect!

When you first walk into the house you are surprised how big the house actually is. New carpeting, mattresses and TVs. Very well supplied with towels, bedding, etc. The pool temp when we arrived was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The owner, Rick, was always quick to answer any questions. We hope to be back next year.

Second stay at this wonderful residence. If you are wondering it is as good or better than the pictures! Had a couple of questions so I e mailed Rick and I had my answer if 15 minutes or less. Close to grocery store, pharmacy etc. Would recommend to anyone. WIll be booking again for 2022.

Grandkids’ first time at Disney

Property is exactly as it appears on the listing. Very spacious and clean. We were able to move around each other and our belongings easily without feeling crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed We weren’t cooking much as we were at the park morning till night every day. But it was just enough for quick breakfasts and midnight snacks. There were plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very convenient location in proximity to the parks and a very nice quiet community. Highly recommended would stay here again! .

Wonderful Stay FIVE STARS

Our stay at the Tuscan Hills house was perfect! We had plenty of room for a family of 8. Our host Rick was always quick to respond and also checked in on us while at the property. This house had EVERYTHING we needed for a perfect stay, robes for us to use while in the pool area, well stocked kitchen, game room for the teens, a printer, outside TV, speaker and fridge! The house is in a gated community and also had an alarm system with a very detailed instruction manual which made us feel very comfortable. The house is in a great location - close to anything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Thanks Rick!

Great Vacation House

We have the entire family in for vacation and the house was perfect. We had plenty of room to allow some quiet time if someone wanted. The heated pool was a big hit with everyone. The house is very well furnished and has everything one could possible want when staying. The host even included bath robes to enjoy. I would highly recommend this for a family planning a stay in the Orlando area. My only suggestion is the house could use a good crock pot, when you are going to be out all day having a meal to come home to is great. If you are looking for a home for a week consider this one. The owners are easy to work with and respond quickly to any inquires.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect place for our family of 6 to stay, while vacationing in Florida! Close to SO MANY Orlando attractions, yet located in a quiet, beautiful gated Tuscan Villa community!! We were so impressed w the cleanliness of this home and the attention to EVERY detail…too many to list! We had every comfort of home and then some!!! Special touches included beautifully decorated bedrooms, comfy couches, fully stocked and convenient kitchen, fluffy towels, a loaded game garage & an AMAZING pool…fun for the whole fam both day & night!! Truly the highlight of our trip to Orlando! Also, very much appreciated owner’s personal connect with us upon arrival and stress-free check-in and check-out! Blessed to have opportunity to stay here and hope to return again! Thank you so very much !!!

This property was a dream!! Was absolutely as listed, maybe even a little better in person! The house is very well maintained and cared for! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could ever need! Plenty of space for everyone! Only negative: The beds were a little too soft for us. The pool and hot tub were super clean and enjoyable! They have it set up nicely so you feel very private from neighbors. The second day we were there we noticed the air hockey table and speaker on the patio stopped working. With a quick message to the owner, just to let them know (we weren't worried about it) someone was there within an hour and it was just a tripped breaker! The "extras" provided were an unexpected surprise! Plenty of pool towels, cabinet full of spices and kitchen essentials, every piece of equipment you could possibly need for a baby (we didn't need but would be nice for someone with kids!), lots of pool toys/loungers, umbrellas, printer, and so much more! It was one of the most "equiped" homes we've stayed at! It was in a beautiful quiet community! My 14yr old niece felt comfortable taking her morning run without any worry! We also had someone looking out for us while we were there. Before we could even take our trash cans out or bring them back in, someone had already done it! Both times it needed to be done on our trip. All your essential places, just around the corner. Walmart, Starbucks, Restaurants & more. A short drive to Disney and other attractions! Would stay here again, !

We enjoyed our stay at the Tuscan Hills property. It is in a gated community, Close to restaurants, grocery stores and Disney parks. The house is decorated nicely, was very clean. The pool and spa were nice and outdoor seating area has a TV to enjoy. It was perfect for our stay while we went to the Disney Parks. The Host was very friendly and helpful with communication to access the property. I would definitely stay here again, it was so wonderful.

Nice Disney stay

My wife and I fell in love with Tuscan Pines. The previous owner truly cared about this beautiful villa and we decided we would carry on the tradition and keep the name "Tuscan Pines Villa".
