The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children (with single bed and cot), has a 10x5 metre pool, not overlooked, with various terraces, lovely sea and mountain views. The ground floor benefits from a bright, open plan kitchen that leads into the dining area and sitting room.

There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. As well as a large shower room also on this level, avoiding the need to go upstairs. The master bedroom and ensuite are to be found upstairs as well as 2 further bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom. All the rooms are bright allowing sea or mountain views and are fully air-conditioned.

Local transport is very easy to navigate and inexpensive. We can also recommend a wonderful car rental company on request.

Just minutes away from the villa you have the coastal walk offering uninterrupted sea views, allowing you to enjoy the sunshine on a leisurely walk or brisk run. Visitors to Lapta can join the local diving schools as well hiring jetskis, jetbikes and sailing equipment. For a gentler pace The Olive Press Bowling Green is a 5 minute walk away. If you venture towards Kyrenia, you can go paragliding or join one of the many day boat trips, taking you around this part of the island. There are various bars and restaurants within a short walk. A short drive away and you can find luxury hotels and casinos, offering an opportunity to try your luck on the gambling tables or simply enjoy a drink in 5 star surroundings.
