The Summer Retreat isn’t just a holiday rental — it’s a home we have lovingly prepared to be a place where you can truly switch off, breathe deeply, and relax.

Tucked away in a quiet residential area of Esentepe, the bungalow offers complete comfort, privacy, and space. We have equipped it to a very high standard because we believe a holiday should feel effortless and indulgent from the moment you arrive.

For peace of mind, the property has its own generator, so even in the unlikely event of a power cut, your comfort continues uninterrupted.

Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes:

The Master bedroom has patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, so you can wake up to fresh air and beautiful mountain views.

Living, Relaxing & Outdoor Living

The lounge overlooks the pool and has comfortable seating and a large Smart TV for relaxed evenings. French doors open directly onto the pool terrace where you can lounge, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.

The garden and pool area are almost completely secluded — one of the things we love most about the house. There’s plenty of shaded space for hot summer days, and the sunbeds are wider than standard and extremely comfortable.

Beach towels are provided, so you don’t need to pack bulky extras.

Kitchen & Thoughtful Touches

The fully fitted kitchen has a large dining area and patio doors leading outside. We’ve included:

Nespresso coffee machine

Air fryer

Electric juicer

Filtered tap water (no need to buy bottled water)

Free Wi-Fi

Bath & beach towels

Iron & ironing board

For bookings of 10 nights or more, we provide a complimentary weekly maid service to refresh linen, towels (if required), and tidy through.

A welcome pack is included because we know how lovely it is to arrive and not have to rush straight out to the shops.

A Small House Request

We completely understand that families relax differently on holiday — especially with children. If snacks are enjoyed in front of the TV, we kindly ask that beach towels are placed over the soft furnishings to prevent staining. Professional cleaning costs due to damage would need to be deducted from the security deposit.

Additional overnight guests beyond those booked are charged at £25 per person per night.

Ercan International Airport – approximately 25 minutes away

Larnaca International Airport – approximately 90 minutes away
