Why they chose this property
Cutter's barn is named after Duncan's grandfather who's nickname was 'Cutter' because he would cut (castrate) horses for people in the surrounding area. He purchased Chilton Grounds Farm in 1926 after growing up and farming locally.
In 2010 a major refurbishment was started and from an old cowshed and feed store it was transformed into a comfortable residential barn conversion with a sustainable renewable energy heating and hot water system.
