The 2nd floor apartment enjoys sunshine throughout the day and sits within a purpose built block on a quiet side road yet within the heart of Swanage just 50 metres from the sea front.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and carpeted throughout with contemporary furniture and high quality bedding and linen supplied. Towels are not provided. There is also a hairdryer in the main bedroom. Please note there is no lift in the apartments.
The apartment has Hive controlled gas fired central heating and comprises a generous and social kitchen/diner/lounge which has a large corner sofa bed, dining table and seating to seat up to six, coffee table and TV unit. Free ultrafast broadband/WiFi is available as well as Sky Glass TV offering all of the usual free view channels plus assorted Sky channels, Apps and catch-up facility. An Echo Dot is provided for music and hopefully to answer your questions!
The kitchen area includes a washing machine, gas hob with electric oven, fridge, worktop freezer (31L), microwave, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, mugs and crockery you would want and expect. A selection of tea, coffee (including decaf of both), sugar, condiments, herbs, spices and cooking oils are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, large chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, an easy chair and a full length mirror.
The modern tiled bathroom has a bath with new shower over.
There are floor standing fans available for your comfort in hotter weather.
There is also a steam iron and ironing board for your use.
Pets are welcomed (we have a dog ourselves) and we would ask that you make use of the pet blankets that are provided to cover the sofa and/or beds.
For those not planning to bring a pet, please be assured we do the housekeeping ourselves and take pride in ensuring all is spotless and specifically hairless for all of our guests.
We live nearby and are happy to assist as required during your stay.
We have a parking space for your use at a local hotel just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however you are able to load/unload directly outside the apartment.

We had an amazing stay in this beautifully clean and centrally located apartment over a long weekend. The beds were super comfi, and everything we needed was right to hand. The landlady was very helpful with our check in and checkout process, and our entire stay was enjoyable, and memorable.
We enjoyed a lovely little break in swanage here. The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was great for exploring swanage. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so soon! Thanks Hannah!

Great apartment, spotlessly clean. Well equipped, everything you need for your stay. Lovely food items on arrival. Easy reach to the beach, shops & restaurants. Also only 5 minutes from the Swanage Steam Railway to enjoy a trip to Corfe Castle. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
A fantastically located property, in the heart of the town! With all amenities you could wish for. Soooo clean, bright & airy. Comes with local parking to - gold dust in central Swanage. We will definately be back soon,
Exactly what we expected. Easy immediate town foreshore access on foot. Local parking provided. Great for exploring the area. Owner support with immediate response and local advice.
Good base for exploring Swanage lots to do, apartment has everything you need and so dog friendly.

The property was excellent and extremely central for Swanage pubs and restaurants. The flat was clean and comfortable. Parking in Swanage is at a premium so an allocated parking space 5 mins away was very helpful . We would like to return in 2014 .
Due to Covid we had to change the venue of our annual friends and family getaway. Very pleased to say we were not disappointed with our choice! Lovely apartment hosted by Hannah and friends with all we needed and situated within metres of many food and drink establishments that we made good use of!! Will definitely be recommending and considering a return visit!

Straight forward and easy process, from booking the flat, to making changes to our booking, and the actual stay. Flat was clean and tidy and a lovely place to stay in the centre of Swanage and a very short walk to the beach. Many other places of interest are only a short drive away. Good choice of cafes and restaurants nearby if you don't fancy cooking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation. Very clean. Very well equipped. Very comfortable bed.
Owner vey kindly left bread,milk,butter.tea and coffee and biscuits. Lovely touch.
The apartment was excellent! Clean, cosy and warm. Brilliant central location for shops, restaurants and the beach, with free parking 2 mins away included. Hannah was very attentive, great communicator.
I Can recommend the Black swan close by for great food, especially Amazing
the Fish Pie!

Great communication from Hannah who was able to accommodate an extra guest at short notice.
The property is right in the centre of Swanage and about a minute from the beach.
The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, so are both quiet and dark. There are lots of thoughtful touches and the apartment is well equipped.
Would definitely stay again.

This flat is in the perfect location to explore Swanage with shops and beach a few minutes walk away. Having a parking space nearby is a great bonus. Hannah was a great host with clear instructions beforehand and available to contact throughout the stay should it be required. The large fan was greatly appreciated as was the lovely welcome pack. Apartment is extremely well equipped, everything seems to have been thought of. Very clean, lovely bedding and towels. Extremely clean. Very quiet especially at night. Some lovely goodies left for us even some biscuits and bowls for the dog. Centrally located to the town. Would highly recommend a visit.

Swanage is a special unique town largely away from the madding crowd with a stunning bay and beautiful beach with outstanding scenery.
