Two level, 1600+ sq. ft. condo has been updated for your enjoyment. BR#1 & BR#2 each have a queen bed and BR#3 has two twin beds. All BRs have TVs. Living room has a gas fireplace and access to a ground level patio. Kitchen is fully stocked w/ all small appliances and a washer/dryer. Dining room seats six and looks into the landscaped open courtyard. There is parking for two cars with one spot covered. Wireless internet access is provided for your convenience.

You cannot beat this Park City location. The free Shuttle stop is steps away and transports you to anywhere in the area. Within walking distance are a full-service supermarket, ski/board rental shops, state wine & liquor store, restaurants & bars, a drug store, and Starbucks.

You’ll always treasure the memories from your visit to this world famous ski town. Park City is fabulous in the winter, but spring, summer and fall find the resorts and surrounding area full of activities as well. Whatever season you decide on for your travels, you cannot miss. There is always something going on!

SLC International Airport is about 35 minutes away and this makes is easy to gather with family and friends scattered around the US. You'll have mountain views and super quick access to everything a visitor needs.

What makes this property unique

Our property stands out with its great value. The nightly rate is very competitive and the condo is kept up to date. It is our second home -- not simply a rental. We use the condo intermittently throughout the year ourselves. You can be sure the beds are comfortable and that there are enough plates and forks, etc. :)
