A bright sea-view apartment overlooking Palermo's Cala, the city's tourist harbor. Located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment faces the Cala from the living room and bedroom side: from here the view extends out to the sea, on the right you can glimpse the Catena church and the famous Falcone and Borsellino mural, while on the left you can see the new Trapezoidal Pier area. The view from the kitchen balcony, on the other hand, embraces the domes and rooftops of more historic Palermo.
On the large entrance hallway is the living room, with a sea-view balcony, state-of-the-art sofa bed (double), flat-screen TV, dining area with sideboard, table and chairs. The kitchen, complete with all necessities, has recently been refitted with dishes, cutlery, porcelain plates and cups. The master bedroom also enjoys a large sea-view window and is equipped with an open closet, chest of drawers and armchair. The bathroom, with a window, has a shower stall and bidet. Also available to guests is a large dressing room with shelving, where luggage and miscellaneous items can be stored. Both balconies have small tables with chairs, ideal, in summer, for breakfast or aperitifs.
