Magnificent Villa with large pool and garden with 100% private views in Seville

This house in Las Pajanosas, Seville, is ideal to rest and enjoy the countryside and tranquility. You have wifi and everything. Heating and fireplace in winter and air conditioning. Large garden and patio with pool, to enjoy many hours of sunshine all year round.

Its main room has a dressing room, double bed and private bathroom. On the first floor there is another bedroom, very spacious. There is also a large terrace where you can go out for lunch, dinner and rest, having a drink or reading. On the same floor we also find a second full bathroom. Enjoy a large and very cozy living room, in addition to a large and modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils so you do not miss anything in your stay and a wonderful garden with lots of charm.

Buses or car only 15 minutes from the center of Seville. A small and quiet town with a traditional market with fruits, meats and fish 5 min. Two supermarkets and a pharmacy. Good selection of places, restaurants and bars, a golf club just a couple of minutes away.

Comfortable beautiful Spanish Villa near Seville

Traveled to Seville with two families with young kids. It’s a very comfortable and beautiful property. The host Carolina was extremely responsive and and clear in her communication. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a short term property near Seville.
