Sea view villa in the cirica reserve
immersed in the green of an uncontaminated nature, among pines, olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa consists of 3 bathrooms, an internal kitchen and an external kitchenette, 4 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a cot and a large living room with TV .
The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds with padlock for optimal shielding from sunlight and security during the night even leaving the window open.
In the 2 large verandas (40 + 35) you can have lunch and dinner with friends by baking and roasting in the oven and on the barbeque present.
Ample parking in the shade inside the property, on the beach there is a kiosk, every day there is a door-to-door service for fresh bread, at 2 km there is a bar and a bakery, 4 km away is a supermarket.
Convenient base also for those wishing to visit the baroque countries of southern Sicily, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa etc.
Variable rent based on the period.
